Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energet.budynku Urzędu Gminy w Rzeczniowie(UG),wraz z zastosowaniem OZE w zakresie: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu c.w.u.; przebudowa systemu c.o. i instalacja systemu fotowoltaicznego w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w Gminie Rzeczniów (GR),poprzez: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu grzewczego c.w.u. (montaż min. 4 zaworów termostat. na cyrkulacji i montaż licznika c.w.u.); przebudowa systemu c.o. i c.w.u. (montaż pompy ciepła - OZE i ciepłomierza)i instalacja fotowoltaiki w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r.
