The objectives of the detail: The increase of energy efficiency in the public sector in GR by reducing the annual consumption of electricity by a total of 18.51 MWh/year and the total heat energy by 991.40 GJ/year -improvement of air quality in GR by reducing CO2 emissions by 130.01 tonnes/year – increasing the share of renewable energy sources as a source of heat in GR through the installation of 2 installations of RES type (1 photovolt system and 1 energy pump) in the UG building in the Danube, -reducing the annual cost of GR budget by 71,525,21 more energy efficiency by 525,21,71 % increase of energy efficiency in the public sector in GR by reducing the annual consumption of electricity by a total of 18.51 MWh/year and heat energy in total.     Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka modernizacja energet.budynku Urzędu Gminy w Rzeczniowie(UG),wraz z zastosowaniem OZE w zakresie: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu c.w.u.; przebudowa systemu c.o. i instalacja systemu fotowoltaicznego w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r. Celem głównym projektu jest zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w Gminie Rzeczniów (GR),poprzez: ocieplenie budynku, wymiana drzwi zewnętrznych, przebudowa systemu grzewczego c.w.u. (montaż min. 4 zaworów termostat. na cyrkulacji i montaż licznika c.w.u.); przebudowa systemu c.o. i c.w.u. (montaż pompy ciepła - OZE i ciepłomierza)i instalacja fotowoltaiki w terminie do 29 grudnia 2017r.
