The project will include support for people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, in particular children and young people living in Stoczek (below the threshold of defavorisation) in the voivodship. The aim of the project is to create a facility in the form of a sociotherapeutic common room.The applicant ensures that in the daily support facility there will be activities developing two key competences, in accordance with the diagnosed needs of the participants, i.e. communication in foreign languages and the ability to learn. Support will be covered by 24 people. — children and young people and 48 people from the surroundings of the project, through the implementation of solutions developed within the project innovac.POKL. The applicant ensures that the support of children and young people from families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling the care functions will be implemented on the basis of an individual path of reintegration, after prior diagnosis of the needs and potential of the participants. Support will also be given to people from the environment in the form of special family counselling for families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling their care and educational functions in the form of organising activities: training of parental, social and everyday competences.In the facility, children will spend their free time, do homework under the supervision of the educator and also use specialised activities.The children will be provided with a warm meal.As part of the project, a TV, computer, armchairs and wardrobe will be purchased to equip the common room. The Applicant shall ensure that support in the project is carried out in accordance with the “general European guidelines for the transition from institutional care to community-based care” and the document “Using European Union funds to move from institutional care to community-based care – a toolbox”.     Projekt obejmie wsparciem osoby zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, w szczególności dzieci i młodzież zamieszkujące gm. Stoczek (poniżej progu defaworyzacji) w woj. maz.Projekt będzie realizowany wyłącznie na obszarze wiejskim. W gm. Stoczek nie ma placówek wsparcia dziennego dla dzieci i młodzieży.Założeniem projektu jest stworzenie placówki w formie świetlicy socjoterapeutycznej.Wnioskodawca zapewnia, że w placówce wsparcia dziennego będą realizowane zajęcia rozwijające dwie kompetencje kluczowe, zgodnie ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami uczestników, tj. porozumiewanie się w językach obcych i umiejętność uczenia się. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 24 os. - dzieci i młodzież oraz 48 osób z otoczenia uczestników projektu, poprzez wdrożenie rozwiązań wyprac. w ramach proj. innowac.POKL. Wnioskodawca zapewnia, że wsparcie dzieci i młodzieży z rodzin przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiek.-wych. będzie realizowane na podst. indywidualnej ścieżki reintegracji, po uprzedniej diagnozie potrzeb i potencjału uczestników. Wsparcie otrzymają również osoby z otoczenia w postaci spec. poradnictwa rodzinnego dla rodzin przeżywających trudności w wypełnianiu funkcji opiekuńczo - wychowawczych w postaci zorganizowania zajęć: treningu kompetencji rodzicielskich, społecznych i życia codziennego.W placówce dzieci będą spędzały czas wolny, odrabiały lekcje pod okiem wychowawcy a także korzystały z zajęć specjalistycznych.Podopieczni będą mieli zapewniony ciepły posiłek.W ramach projektu zostaną zakupione telewizor, komputer, fotele, szafy w celu wyposażenia świetlicy.
