| Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to increase the level of employment in the group of 60 women looking after 3 from the municipalities participating in the project until 31.08.2019. this objective will directly contribute to the specific objective of increasing the employment rate of people taking care of children up to 3 years. The project has set a 40 % employment performance indicator. As a result of the project, a minimum of 24 people will be in work. 3) The project aims to increase access to childcare by the 3s by creating new 60 crèche places, which will improve the employability of people with caring responsibilities. The actions taken in the context of the project will improve the chances of the people who make this family situation difficult to work as a result of childcare until the 3s. The project’s professional activation (career counselling, skills training, skills and qualifications, traineeships and job placement) will enable the mams participating in the project to acquire or increase professional qualifications and gain professional experience, which will help to increase their chances of returning to the labour market. Project Type 1: Projects that increase access to childcare for children up to the age of 3 in the form of: (a) creches, type of project 2: Activation schemes covering the following forms of support: (a) occupational guidance and/or placement, (b) traineeship and apprenticeship, (c) training leading to the acquisition, improvement, completion or alteration of professional qualifications (including training combined with professional practice in the employer). Głównym celem realizowanego projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia w grupie 60 kobiet opiekujących się dziećmi do lat 3 z terenu gmin uczestniczących w projekcie do 31.08.2019 r. Cel ten bezpośrednio przełoży się na osiągnięcie celu szczegółowego jakim jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnienia osób opiekujących się dziećmi do 3 lat. W projekcie założono 40% wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej. W rezultacie realizowanego projektu minimum 24 osoby podejmą pracę (kryt. 3) Projekt zakłada zwiększenie dostępu do opieki nad dziećmi do lat 3 poprzez utworzenie nowych 60 miejsc w 4 powstałych w ramach projektu żłobkach, co poprawi szanse na zatrudnienie osób, które pełnią funkcje opiekuńcze. Podejmowane w ramach projektu działania wpłyną na zwiększenie szans na podjęcie pracy przez osoby, którym utrudnia to sytuacja rodzinna wynikająca z opieki nad dzieckiem do lat 3. Zaplanowana w projekcie aktywizacja zawodowa (doradztwo zawodowe, szkolenia podnoszące umiejętności, kompetencje i kwalifikacje, staże i pośrednictwo pracy) umożliwi mamom uczestniczącym w projekcie nabycie lub podwyższenie kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego, co przyczyni się do zwiększenia ich szans na powrót na rynek pracy. Typ projektu 1: Przedsięwzięcia zwiększające dostęp do opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3 w formie: a) żłobków, Typ projektu 2: Programy aktywizacji zawodowej obejmujące następujące formy wsparcia: a) poradnictwo zawodowe lub/i pośrednictwo pracy, b) staże i praktyki zawodowe, c) szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia, podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych (w tym organizacja szkoleń połączona z praktyką zawodową u pracodawcy). Wszystkie uczestniczki wsparcia skorzystają z jednej formy wsparcia w ramach typu 1 i conajmniej jednej formy w ramach typu 2 (kryt. 2) (Polish)
