The main objective of the project is to improve air purity in the City of Włodawa by reducing pollution into the atmosphere and increasing the energy efficiency of the building of the Włodawa Healthcare Team. The specific objectives of the project relate to long-term benefits to be achieved through the implementation of the project. The project will be implemented by the Applicant, i.e. Independent Public Health Care Team in Włodawa. The target group of the project are subjects of the Day Care Team, authorities and employees of the Independent Public Health Care Team in Włodawa, employees of the Day Care Team, residents of the City of Włodawa. The project implements the so-called deep comprehensive energy modernisation of public buildings, it assumes comprehensive actions aimed at increasing energy efficiency and reducing primary and processed energy consumption. The building is scheduled to: insulation of external walls, ceilings, ground floor and foundations according to WT2021; replacement of window and door carpentry according to WT2021; modernisation of central heating installations – installation of heaters and thermoregulatory valves; installation of electrical heating heaters, installation of solar system for central heating purposes, replacement of lighting for energy-saving LED lighting; installation of lightning protection system; energy management system, adaptation of entry for people with disabilities. The size of the set of collectors is in total 4,12 m². Solar installation will be located in the southern part of the roof of the building. Implementation of the project results in an increase in energy efficiency by 79.28 %. Medical activities, related to the care of people with mental disorders, carried out in the building have justifications from the point of view of health needs in the region. It is in line with the directions of activities included in the document “Priorities for Regional Health Policy for Lublin voivodship for the period 1.01.2019-31.12.2021, Update, Lublin, 28 February 2019”. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza w Mieście Włodawa, poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku Zespołu Opieki Dziennej w Włodawie. Cele szczegółowe projektu związane są z długoterminowymi korzyściami, które zostaną osiągnięte poprzez realizację projektu. Projekt realizowany będzie przez Wnioskodawcę, tj. Samodzielny Publiczny Zespół Opieki Zdrowotnej w Włodawie. Grupą docelową projektu są podopieczni Zespołu Opieki Dziennej, władze i pracownicy Samodzielnego Publicznego Zespołu Opieki Zdrowotnej w Włodawie, pracownicy Zespołu Opieki Dziennej, mieszkańcy Miasta Włodawa. Projekt realizuje tzw. głęboką kompleksową modernizację energetyczną budynków użyteczności publicznej, zakłada kompleksowe działania mające na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej i zmniejszenie zużycia energii pierwotnej i przetworzonej. W budynku zaplanowano: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachu, podłogi na gruncie i fundamentów wg WT2021; wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej wg WT2021; modernizację instalacji c.o. - montaż grzejników i zaworów termoregulacyjnych; montaż elektrycznych podgrzewaczy c.w.u., montaż instalacji solarnej na potrzeby c.w.u. wymianę oświetlenia na oświetlenie energooszczędne typu LED; montaż instalacji odgromowej; system zarządzania energią, dostosowanie wejścia dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Wielkość zestawu instalacji kolektorów wynosi łącznie 4,12 m2. Instalacja solarna będzie znajdować się na południowej połaci dachu budynku. Realizacja projektu skutkuje zwiększeniem efektywności energetycznej o 79,28%. Działalność lecznicza, związana z opieką nad osobami z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, wykonywana w budynku posiada uzasadnienia z punktu widzenia potrzeb zdrowotnych w regionie. Jest zgodna z kierunkami działań ujętymi w dokumencie "Priorytety dla Regionalnej Polityki Zdrowotnej dla województwa lubelskiego na okres 1.01.2019 - 31.12.2021, Aktualizacja, Lublin, dnia 28 lutego 2019 roku".
