Extensive modernisation of the public utility building in Korchów First 86b, 23-415 Księżpol, registration plot No. 1078. The building is dedicated to the primary school in Korchów. Main objective of the project: increase the energy efficiency of the school building. Specific objectives: 1. reduce losses and improve the use of heat and electricity in the building, 2. increase in the use of energy from RES in the building, 3. reduction of emissions of pollutants into atmospheric air. It will include thermal modernisation, modernisation of heating system, modernisation of lighting, installation of PV installations, monitoring of energy consumption, preparatory work (energy audit, lighting audit, design and cost documentation), supervision of investment and promotional activities. Thermal upgrade in accordance with the optimal option of energy audit. Planned scope of work: — warming of 1021.53 m² of external walls and 271.77 m² of walls on styrofoam ground, – warming 757.64 m² of roof with mineral wool, – exchange of 19.68 m² of luxer for “FIX” windows – exchange of 86 cast iron radiators for plate steel and installation of 84 thermostatic valves. Modernisation of lighting and installation of PV installations compatible with lighting audit – replacement of 256 luminaires for LED and installation of 48 PV panels, nominal power of 12 kW. Results: — the amount of heat energy saved: 1391,46 GJ/year, – amount of electricity saved: 29,61 MWh/year, – reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings: 514005,55 kWh/year, – additional generation capacity from renewable sources: 0,012 MW, – electricity production from newly built/new RES-based installations: 10.41 MWhe/year, – estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions: 172.53 tonnes of CO2 equivalent. Głęboka modernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej w miejscowości Korchów Pierwszy 86b, 23-415 Księżpol, działka ewidencyjna nr 1078. Budynek przeznaczony na działalność Szkoły Podstawowej w Korchowie Pierwszym. Główny cel projektu: zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku szkoły. Cele szczegółowe: 1. ograniczenie strat i poprawa wykorzystania energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w budynku, 2. wzrost wykorzystania energii pochodzącej z OZE w budynku, 3. redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza atmosferycznego. Obejmie termomodernizację, modernizację syst. grzewczego, modernizację oświetlenia, montaż instalacji PV, monitoring zużycia energii, prace przygotowawcze (audyt energetyczny, audyt oświetlenia, dokumentacja projektowo-kosztorysowa), nadzór nad inwestycją i działania promocyjne. Termomodernizacja zgodna z wariantem optymalnym audytu energetycznego. Planowany zakres prac: - ocieplenie 1021,53 m2 ścian zewnętrznych i 271,77 m2 ścian na gruncie styropianem, - docieplenie 757,64 m2 dachu wełną mineralną, - wymianę 19,68 m2 luksferów na okna typu "FIX", - wymianę 86 grzejników żeliwnych na stalowe płytowe i montaż 84 zaworów termostatycznych. Modernizacja oświetlenia i montaż instalacji PV zgodne z audytem oświetlenia - wymiana 256 opraw na LED i montaż 48 szt. paneli PV, moc nominalna 12 kW.
