Building of the District Public Library – Cultural Centre: installation of a gas boiler and replacement of central heating systems, replacement of radiators, installation of thermostatic valves, warming of the ceiling of the attic, warming of external walls. ILO building in Parczew: central heating installation, warming of the roof of the attic, warming of ceilings, warming of the roof of the gym, construction of central heating installations, warming of external walls, window replacement. Team of secondary schools: warming of the roof of the attic, ceiling, exterior walls, roof of sports hall, ceiling connector, replacement of windows, external doors, central heating system. As a result of the implementation of Option 1 for deep, comprehensive energy modernisation, energy efficiency will increase by 60.25 %. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej w Powiecie Parczewskim poprzez realizację kompleksowych zadań termomodernizacyjnych. Projekt obejmuje: Warsztaty Szkolne ZSP w Parczewie - montaż kotła gazowego oraz wymianę instalacji c.o., wymianę grzejników, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, ocieplenie stropu poddasza, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wykonanie instalacji c.w.u. Budynek Powiatowej Biblioteki Publicznej - Centrum Kultury: montaż kotła gazowego oraz wymianę instalacji c.o., wymianę grzejników, montaż zaworów termostatycznych, ocieplenie stropu poddasza, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych. Budynek ILO w Parczewie: instalacja c.o., ocieplenie stropu poddasza, ocieplenie stropodachu, ocieplenie dachu sali gimnastycznej , wykonanie instalacji c.w.u., ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wymiana okien. Zespół Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych: ocieplenie stropu poddasza, stropodachu, ścian zewnętrznych, dachu hali sportowej, stropodachu łącznika, wymiana okien, drzwi zewnętrznych, instalacji c.w.u.. W wyniku realizacji wariantu 1 z zakresu głębokiej, kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej efektywność energetyczna zwiększy się o 60,25%. Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki rezultatu: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej (GJ/rok) - 7 924, 64; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (tonCO2/rok) - 749, 83; Zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (kWh/rok) - 2 317 128, 25.
