The main objective of the project is to reduce low emissions, improve energy efficiency and use of renewable energy sources in public buildings, i.e.: Primary school in Sitaniecka boron, Leipzig Primary School, Wekrem Primary School and Primary School in Pniówek. The scope of construction works planned in the project includes a deep thermal modernisation of the above mentioned buildings. The project will improve air quality, reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by replacing old heating systems with low energy efficiency and installation of equipment using renewable energy sources (PV panels). By replacing the heating system, warming the external walls and replacing leaky doors and windows, emissions from combustion to the atmosphere, including CO2, will be reduced and the technical condition of the facilities will be reduced. The target group of the project, which will benefit directly from the implementation of the project at the level of its implementation, consists of pupils and employees of educational institutions, officials, as well as residents of the Zamość Municipality, and then the entire Lublin Voivodeship, who will experience a real improvement in air quality. This will definitely improve the quality of life of residents and the reduction of pollutants supplied to the air will improve their health condition. The benefits of the project will also be visible at the natural level. The expected result of the measures taken will be a reduction in the demand for heat and electricity in 4 public buildings. The key results of this project will be: — The amount of heat energy saved: 3202,22 GJ/year, Number of energy upgraded buildings – 4 units, Number of built units of electricity generation from RES – 4 pieces. Głównym celem projektu jest ograniczenie niskiej emisji, poprawa efektywności energetycznej oraz wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w budynkach użyteczności publicznej tj.: Szkoła Podstawowa w Borowinie Sitanieckiej, Szkoła Podstawowa w Lipsku, Szkoła Podstawowa w Mokrem oraz Szkoła Podstawowa w Pniówku. Zaplanowany w projekcie zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje głęboką termomodernizację wyżej wymienionych budynków. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy jakości powietrza, zostanie zredukowana emisja zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery poprzez wymianę starych systemów grzewczych o niskiej sprawności energetycznej oraz montaż instalacji urządzeń wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii (panele fotowoltaiczne). Dzięki wymianie instalacji grzewczej, ociepleniu ścian zewnętrznych oraz wymianie nieszczelnych drzwi i okien, zmniejszy się emisja gazów z procesu spalania do atmosfery w tym CO2, obniżone zostaną koszty za energię elektryczną oraz poprawie ulegnie stan techniczny obiektów. Grupę docelową projektu, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji projektu na poziomie jego realizacji stanowią uczniowie i pracownicy placówek dydaktycznych w/w placówek edukacyjnych, urzędnicy, jak również mieszkańcy Gminy Zamość,a w dalszej kolejności całe województwo lubelskie, którzy odczują realną poprawę stanu jakości powietrza. Wpłynie to zdecydowanie na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców a dzięki zmniejszeniu zanieczyszczeń dostarczanych do powietrza poprawi się ich kondycja zdrowotna. Korzyści wynikające z projektu zauważalne będą również na szczeblu przyrodniczym. Oczekiwanym rezultatem podjętych działań będzie zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną i elektryczną w 4-ch budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Kluczowymi rezultatami przedmiotowego projektu będą: - Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej: 3202,22 GJ/rok, Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 4 szt., Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE - 4 szt.
