The main objective of the project is to reduce low emissions, improve energy efficiency and use renewable energy sources in the public utility building – the Bełżec Health Centre. The planned scope of construction works includes the thermal modernisation of the building. The project will improve air quality, reduce emissions of pollutants into the air by replacing old heating systems with low energy efficiency as well as installation of equipment using renewable energy sources (solar collectors and photovoltaic installations). The scope of work shall include: replacement of the central heating system, warming of the ceiling under unheated attic, modernisation of the central heating system, warming of external walls, replacement of external doors, warming of external walls on the ground, replacement of the window joinery, replacement of garage door, warming of the basement floor, installation of photovoltaic installation; replacement of existing lighting. The project will reduce emissions of gases from combustion to the atmosphere, including CO2, costs for electricity will be reduced and the technical condition of the facility will be improved. The target group of the project, which will benefit directly from the implementation of the project at the level of its implementation, are employees and people benefiting from services provided by the Bełżec Health Centre, as well as local residents who will experience a real improvement in air quality. This will definitely improve the quality of life of residents and the reduction of pollutants supplied to the air will improve their health condition. The benefits of the project will also be visible at the natural level.     Głównym celem projektu jest ograniczenie niskiej emisji, poprawa efektywności energetycznej oraz wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii w budynku użyteczności publicznej - Ośrodku Zdrowia w Bełżcu. Zaplanowany zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje termomodernizację ww. budynku. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy jakości powietrza, zostanie zredukowana emisja zanieczyszczeń do powietrza poprzez wymianę starych systemów grzewczych o niskiej sprawności energetycznej jak również montaż instalacji urządzeń wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii (kolektory słoneczne i instalacja fotowoltaiczna). Zakres prac obejmuje: wymianę instalacji c.o., docieplenie stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem, modernizację instalacji c.w.u., docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wymianę drzwi zewnętrznych, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych przy gruncie, wymianę stolarki okiennej, wymianę bramy garażowej, docieplenie podłogi w piwnicy, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej; wymianę istniejącego oświetlenia. Dzięki realizacji projektu zmniejszy się emisja gazów z procesu spalania do atmosfery w tym CO2, obniżone zostaną koszty za energię elektryczną oraz poprawie ulegnie stan techniczny obiektu. Grupę docelową projektu, która odniesie bezpośrednie korzyści z realizacji projektu na poziomie jego realizacji stanowią pracownicy oraz osoby korzystające z usług świadczonych przez Ośrodek Zdrowia w Bełżcu, jak również mieszkańcy Gminy, którzy odczują realną poprawę stanu jakości powietrza. Wpłynie to zdecydowanie na podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców a dzięki zmniejszeniu zanieczyszczeń dostarczanych do powietrza poprawi się ich kondycja zdrowotna. Korzyści wynikające z projektu zauważalne będą również na szczeblu przyrodniczym. Kluczowymi rezultatami projektu będą m.in.: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii: cieplnej: 635,65GJ/rok, elektrycznej: 5,21MWh/rok, Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych:69,97 CO2/rok, Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych: 0,00547MW.
