The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the production and service activities of the company PP-H KAPICA MARKET, which coincides with the intelligent specialisations of Lublin region run in 2 buildings in Zamość and Biłgoraj until 30.09.2019. Specific objectives: 1.Increase the energy efficiency of both buildings by at least 70 % by carrying out renovation, construction and modernisation works, replacement of equipment for energy efficient. 2. The use of renewable energy sources to reduce the energy intensity of the building (solar panels to hot water) and diversify energy sources by creating the conditions for additional generation capacity of 7.68kWp (PV panels) 3.Implement a comprehensive monitoring and efficient energy management system minimising energy losses generating high operating costs and deterioration of the environment. 4. Reduction of pollutant emissions to the atmosphere at a minimum of 80 % – CO2, PM-10 on average 54 %. 5. Improving the applicant’s image among the environment according to the idea of corporate social responsibility (CSR). Planned tasks: 1. Deep comprehensive thermal modernisation by various modernisation works for renovation and construction 2. Application of energy-efficient technologies – replacement of lighting and heating equipment for energy efficient, installation of BMS energy management system, mechanical ventilation, heat and cooling, installation of solar shields 3. Reconstruction of heating systems, including solutions based on renewable energy sources 4. Promotion of the project – cost-free.     Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej działalności produkcyjno-usługowej przedsiębiorstwa PP-H KAPICA MARKET zbieżnej z inteligentnymi specjalizacjami Lubelszczyzny prowadzonej w 2 budynkach w Zamościu i Biłgoraju do 30.09.2019. Cele szczegółowe: 1.Zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej obu budynków o minimum 70 % przez realizację robót remontowo-budowlanych i modernizacyjnych, wymianę wyposażenia na energooszczędne. 2. Zastosowanie odnawialnych źródeł energii do obniżenia energochłonności budynku (panele solarne do c.w.u) i dywersyfikacja źródeł energii poprzez stworzenie warunków do uzyskania dodatkowej zdolności wytwarzania energii na poziomie 7,68kWp (panele fotowoltaiczne) 3.Wdrożenie kompleksowego systemu monitorowania i efektywnego zarządzania energią minimalizującego straty energii generujące duże koszty działalności i pogarszanie stanu środowiska naturalnego. 4. Zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery na poziomie min. 80% - CO2, PM-10 średnio 54%. 5. Poprawa wizerunku wnioskodawcy wśród otoczenia wg idei społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu (CSR). Zaplanowane zadania: 1. Głęboka kompleksowa termomodernizacja przez różne modernizacyjne roboty remontowo-budowlane 2. Zastosowanie technologii efektywnych energetycznie- wymiana oświetlenia i urządzeń grzewczych na energooszczędne, instalacja systemu zarządzania energią BMS, wentylacji mechanicznej, ciepła i chłodu, montaż osłon przeciwsłonecznych 3. Przebudowa systemów grzewczych, w tym rozwiązań opartych na odnawialnych źródłach energii 4. Promocja projektu - bezkosztowo.
