Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku A Zespołu Szkół Nr 3 w Płońsku. Obiekt zlokalizowany jest na działce Nr 274 położonej przy ulicy Młodzieżowej w Płońsku, Gmina Miasto Płońsk, Powiat Płoński, Województwo Mazowieckie. Właścicielem działki jest Powiat Płoński. Zespół Szkół Nr 3 składa się z budynku A (objętego projektem) oraz nowo wybudowanych budynku dydaktycznego i sali gimnastycznej. Obiekty połączone są łącznikiem. Nowo wybudowane obiekty zasilane są z miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej. Budynek A posiada kocioł gazowy. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej obiektu użyteczności publicznej w powiecie płońskim– budynku A ZS Nr 3 w Płońsku. Termomodernizacja budynku A obejmuje: 1) ocieplenie obiektu: przegród zewnętrznych obiektu w tym docieplenie ścian podziemia i nadziemia 2) wymianę stolarki okiennej 3) wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne - montaż opraw energooszczędnych i rozdzielnic 4) modernizację c.o. poprzez montaż automatyki pogodowej 5) regulację hydrauliczną instalacji c.o. 6) montaż grzejników w pomieszczeniach gospodarczych na III kondygnacji oraz wymianą grzejników na I II i III kondygnacji wraz z montażem zaworów termostatycznych z nastawą wstępną i podpionowych oraz armatury regulacyjnej 7) zmianę zasilania na potrzeby c.o. (likwidacja kotłowni gazowej i zasilenie instalacji c.o. w budynku „A” z węzła cieplnego na parterze dobudowanego budynku ZS Nr 3 w Płońsku, który podłączony jest do miejskiej sieci ciepłowniczej). 8) zamurowanie istniejącego okna na III kondygnacji, 9) naprawę studzienek podokiennych wzdłuż ocieplanej ściany 10) wykonanie drenażu wokół budynku metodą ciśnieniową iniekcji krystalicznej z uwagi na niszczejący wpływ wód gruntowych na mury budynku (roboty izolacyjne - iniekcja ścian) 11) wykonanie dodatkowej wentylacji grawitacyjnej w pomieszczeniach gospodarczych na 3 kondygnacji 12) udrożnienie i naprawa istniejącej wentylacji.
