The project will be located in Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Białybrzeg County, Stara Błotnica commune and thermomodernisation of public buildings, i.e.: The Municipal Office in Stara Błotnica, Świetlica Wiejska in Stary Kobylnik and a school building in the Old hull operating as part of the Municipal School Complex in Stara Błotnica. The project is consistent with the assumptions of higher documents, among others, with the “Low-Emission Economy Plan for Stara Błotnica Municipality for the years 2015-2020” and with “Stara Błotnica Municipality Development Programme”. The main objective of the project is to: “Improving the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Stara Błotnica”. The main objective of the project is in line with the assumptions of ROP WM 2014-2020 including Objective 4.2. It will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives, i.e.: reduce energy consumption for heating buildings, reduce maintenance costs in this range, increase thermal insulation of public buildings. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the environment due to the objective and scope of the planned work aimed at reducing energy demand and reducing emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere through the use of renewable energy sources – the project assumes the use of an alternative source in the form of photovoltaic panels. The target group of the project is the local community of municipalities and external stakeholders. The estimated number of users of the objects covered by the project is over 10 thousand people. The results of the project include: number of energy-renovated buildings – 3 units per area 1070.01 m², reduction of annual primary and final energy consumption, number of built-in thermal energy from RES – 1pcs. (heat pump), number of built electricity generation units from RES – 3 units, estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions – 3,59 [tonnes of CO2 equivalent]. The thermal energy savings will be 1 375.21 GJ/year and electricity will be 14415.2 MWh/year. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt zlokalizowany będzie w woj. mazowieckim, w powiecie białobrzeskim, w gminie Stara Błotnica i dot. termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej tj.: Urzędu Gminy w Starej Błotnicy, Świetlicy Wiejskiej w Starym Kobylniku i budynku szkolnego w Starym Kadłubie działającego w ramach Zespołu Szkół Gminnych w Starej Błotnicy. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, tj.: zmniejszenie zużycia energii do ogrzewania budynków, redukcję kosztów związanych z obsługą w ww. zakresie, zwiększenie termoizolacyjności budynków użyteczności publicznej. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi społeczność lokalna gminy i interesariusze zewnętrzni. Szacunkowa liczba użytkowników obiektów objętych projektem wynosi ponad 10 tys. osób. Rezultaty projektu to m.in.: liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 3 szt.o pow. 1 070,01m2, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej i końcowej, liczba wybudowanych jedn. wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE - 1szt. (pompa ciepła)., liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE - 3 szt., szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych - 3,59 [tony równoważnika CO2]. Oszczędność energii cieplnej wyniesie 1 375,21 GJ/rok, a elektrycznej 14415,2 MWh/rok. (Polish)
