The planned investment includes justified thermal modernisation activities on two public buildings located in the rural administration of the municipality of Baranowo. Real stages. project: Preparatory phase: draw up audits energ., dokum. project. — cost., stud. executing. IV sq. 2015. And sq. 2016; Essential phase: including the implementation of individual investment activities planned by the Applicant. I – IV quarter 2017. The contractor of the construction works will be selected on the basis of the provisions of the Act dated 29.01.2004 of the PZP in the first quarter. 2017; A phase comprising promotion activities related to the Project and activities aimed at clearing this Undertaking in accordance with the provisions of the Grant Agreement IV quarter. 2017. Scope of works: IT’S ON BUD. UG: roof warming, replacement of door and window joinery, replacement of lighting for energy-saving with motion sensors, replacement of thermostatic heads, replacement of boiler C.O. with control system, photovoltaic installation of 9 kW. IT’S ON BUD. ZS: insulation of external walls with facade, ceiling warming, partial replacement of window and door carpentry, photovoltaic installation of 10 kW power, solar collectors installation for C.W.U., replacement of thermostatic heads, modernisation of boiler control, replacement of lighting for energy-saving with motion sensors. On the other hand, the final beneficiary for the undertaking is all users of the objects. Zaplanowana do realizacji inwestycja obejmuje uzasadnione działania termomodernizacyjne na dwóch budynkach użyteczności publicznej, znajdujących się w administracji wiejskiej Gminy Baranowo. Etapy real. proj.: Faza przygotowawcza: sporządz. audytów energ., dokum. projekt. – koszt., stud. wykon. IV kw. 2015r. – I kw. 2016r.; Faza zasadnicza: obejmującą przeprowadzenie poszczególnych działań inwestycyjnych zaplanowanych przez Wnioskodawcę. I – IV kw. 2017r. Wykonawca robót bud. zostanie wyłoniony na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 29.01.2004 r. PZP w I kw. 2017r.; Fazę obejmującą działania promocyjne związane z Projektem oraz działania mające na celu rozliczenie niniejszego Przedsięwzięcia zgodnie z zapisami Umowy o dofinansowanie IV kw. 2017r.. Zakres robót: NA BUD. UG : docieplenie stropu, wymiana stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne z czujnikami ruchu, wymiana głowic termostatycznych, wymiana kotła C.O. wraz z systemem sterowania, instalacja fotowoltaiczna o mocy 9 kW. NA BUD. ZS: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych wraz z elewacją, docieplenie stropu, częściowa wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej zewnętrznej, instalacja fotowoltaicznej o mocy 10 kW, instalacja kolektorów słonecznych na potrzeby C.W.U., wymiana głowic termostatycznych, modernizacja sterowania kotłem, wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne z czujnikami ruchu. Zakres działań zaplanowanych w Projekcie wynika ze szczegółowej analizy stanu technicznego budynków, przeprowadzonej w ramach Audytów energetycznych dla każdego z obiektów oraz branżowej dokumentacji technicznej. Gm. Baranowo jest ostatecznym odbiorcą pomocy w formie dofinansowania i zlecającym wykonanie Projektu tj. beneficjentem końcowym. Natomiast beneficjentem ostatecznym dla Przedsięwzięcia są wszyscy użytkownicy obiektów. Celem bezpośrednim projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej i zwiększenie wykorzystania OZE do produkcji energii w budynkach użyteczności publicznej w gminie Baranowo. (Polish)
