The general objective of the project is to carry out a comprehensive thermal modernisation of public utility buildings using renewable energy sources in the City and the Drobin Municipality, which will directly affect the energy efficiency and energy security of the City and the Municipality (in the event of a power failure) and will reduce the costs of energy consumption, generating economic benefits. The project covers public buildings: the building of the Municipality and Municipality of Drobin, the building of the Primary School with a gymnasium in Rogworsk, the building of the Volunteer Fire Service in Vrogocina. The project plans the following comprehensive thermo-modernisation activities in the design-built mode on the above-mentioned buildings: execution of construction projects, replacement of windows, warming of external walls and cellars, warming of stropodache, replacement of installations and sources of power supply in heat, modernisation of central heating systems, modernisation of ventilation – installation of mechanical ventilation, warming of the floor. Renewable energy sources will be installed in the project: ground heat pumps with photovoltaic installation for heat and electricity supply. Other accompanying works will constitute an ineligible cost. The project will be promoted (place of implementation). The project will provide investor supervision services. The project will be used directly by residents of the City and Municipality of Drobin (8219 people) and other users of the above-mentioned public utility institutions. Through the use of RES, the project will contribute to reducing pollutant emissions (in particular CO2) and reducing environmental degradation. As a result of the project, the air quality will be improved, the living comfort of residents will increase. As a result of comprehensive actions to reduce pollution and consumption of energy and fuels, the impact of the project will be increased, the final recipients of which are all inhabitants of the region. Ogólnym założeniem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynków użyteczności publicznej z zastosowaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii w Mieście i Gminie Drobin, co bezpośrednio wpłynie na zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej i bezpieczeństwa energetycznego Miasta i Gminy (na wypadek awarii zasilania) oraz spowoduje zmniejszenie kosztów zużycia energii, przysparzając korzyści ekonomiczne. Projekt obejmuje budynki użyteczności publicznej: budynek Urzędu Miasta i Gminy Drobin, budynek Szkoły Podstawowej z salą gimnastyczną w Rogotwórsku, budynek Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej we Wrogocinie. W projekcie zaplanowano poniższe kompleksowe działania termomodernizacyjne w trybie zaprojektuj-wybuduj na ww. budynkach: wykonanie projektów budowlanych, wymiana okien, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i piwnic, docieplenie stropodachów, wymiana instalacji i źródła zasilania w ciepło, modernizacja instalacji c.w.u., modernizacja wentylacji - montaż wentylacji mechanicznej, docieplenie podłogi. W projekcie zostaną zainstalowane odnawialne źródła energii: gruntowe pompy ciepła wraz z instalacją fotowoltaiczną, na potrzeby zasilania w ciepło i energię elektryczną. Inne roboty towarzyszące będą stanowić koszt niekwalifikowany. Przeprowadzona zostanie promocja projektu (oznakowanie miejsca realizacji). W ramach projektu zostaną zrealizowane usługi nadzoru inwestorskiego. Z projektu skorzystają bezpośrednio mieszkańcy Miasta i Gminy Drobin (8219 osób) oraz inni użytkownicy ww. instytucji użyteczności publicznej. Poprzez zastosowanie OZE projekt przyczyni się do zmniejszenia emisji zanieczyszczeń (w szczególności CO2) i ograniczenia degradacji środowiska. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi poprawa jakości powietrza, wzrośnie komfort życia mieszkańców. W wyniku kompleksowych działań redukujących emisję zanieczyszczeń oraz zużycie energii i paliw, zwiększy się zasięg oddziaływania projektu, którego końcowymi odbiorcami są wszyscy mieszkańcy regionu.
