The subject of the project is a comprehensive thermal modernisation of eight public utility facilities in the city of Piastów. The project envisages tasks to improve the efficiency of the buildings concerned, including: · warming of objects: partitions of external objects, including external walls in the ground, stropodachów· warming of floors on the ground; · replacement of window and door carpentry; · conversion of heating systems (including replacement and connection to heat source) – modernisation of heat source (exchange of heat sources), modernisation of central heating system, replacement of lighting for energy efficient; · RES installation used in energy-conditioned buildings; · installation of upholstery valves and thermostats. The implementation of the investment will increase the energy standard of buildings, improve the cost efficiency of reducing energy consumption and reduce CO2 as well as improve the natural environment. At the same time, purchased renewable energy sources (RES) will increase the share of “green” energy in total energy production. The eligible costs of the project include, in addition to the investment tasks indicated in energy audits, also the costs of preparatory work (technical documentation, audits, feasibility study, preparation of tenders), as well as investor supervision, information and promotion costs and ex-post car costs. The energy audits carried out confirm that the measures envisaged improve the energy efficiency defined for final energy by at least 25 % in relation to the existing state (for each of the eight thermo-modernised buildings).
