The result and aim of the project will be to improve energy efficiency through the implementation of thermomodernisation elements, the use of renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of improvements to reduce the consumption of electricity. The tasks performed as part of the project comply with the principles of universal design, including through the use of the energy management system in a thermomodernised building. The tasks to be carried out under the project are: execution of energy audit, thermal modernisation works and improvements limiting the consumption of electricity, installation of photovoltaic installation on the roof of the facility. The project effects, expressed by result indicators, are as follows: The amount of heat savings 2058,14 GJ/year; The amount of electricity saved 70,69 MWh/year; Production of heat from newly built/new RES installations 1,18 MWht/year; Electricity generation from newly built/new RES installations 28,05 MWhe/year; An estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 252.84 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year; Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects 2312.63 GJ/year Manufacture of electricity from newly built RES installations 28,05 MWhe/year; Production of heat from newly built installations using RES 1,18 MWht/year and additionally the output indicator: An additional renewable energy generation capacity of 0,03 MW.     Efektem i celem realizacji projektu będzie poprawa efektywności energetycznej, poprzez wykonanie elementów termomodernizacyjnych, wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii, a także wykonanie usprawnień ograniczających zużycie energii elektrycznej. Zadania wykonywane w ramach projektu są zgodne z zasadami uniwersalnego projektowania, będzie to spełnione między innymi dzięki zastosowaniu systemu zarządzania energią w termomodernizowanym budynku. Zadania przewidziane do realizacji w ramach projektu to: wykonanie audytu energetycznego, wykonanie prac termomodernizacyjnych oraz usprawnień ograniczających zużycie energii elektrycznej, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej na dachu obiektu. Efekty projektu, wyrażone poprzez wskaźniki rezultatu, przedstawiają się następująco: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej 2058,14 GJ/rok; Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej 70,69 MWh/rok; Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 1,18 MWht/rok; Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 28,05 MWhe/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 252,84 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów 2312,63 GJ/rok Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 28,05 MWhe/rok; Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 1,18 MWht/rok oraz dodatkowo wskaźnik produktu: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii odnawialnej 0,03 MW.
