Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej – świetlicy gminnej w Policznej w gminie Policzna. Budynek przede wszystkim wykorzystywany jest do celów społecznych. W budynku funkcjonuje świetlica, gminna biblioteka, Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna, organizacje społeczne. Projekt stanowi element priorytetowy programu zmierzającego do ograniczenia emisji szkodliwych związków z budynków użyteczności publicznej. Zakłada również uporządkowanie gospodarki energią cieplną w tym budynku, który stanowi istotny społecznie obiekt w samym centrum miejscowości Policzna. Powyższy projekt został zgłoszony do realizacji – zgłoszenie budowy w dniu 8.01.2016 r. do Starosty Zwoleńskiego. Zaplanowany w projekcie zakres robót budowlanych obejmuje termomodernizację budynku poprzez poprawę izolacyjności przegród budowlanych, które charakteryzują się dużą energochłonnością: • docieplenie stropodachu, dachu oraz wymianę jego pokrycia, • wykonanie termoizolacyjnych posadzek, • przebudowę systemów wentylacji, • wymiana starych okien i drzwi, • ocieplenie ścian fundamentów i piwnic, • wymiana starej instalacji grzewczej, • remont zewnętrznej elewacji. Podstawowym celem projektu związanego z termomodernizacją budynku świetlicy gminnej w Policznie jest poprawa jakości infrastruktury technicznej, obniżenie zapotrzebowania na energię cieplną w obiektach użyteczności publicznej, a także poprawa jakości życia mieszkańców korzystających z usług komunalnych, społecznych poprzez poprawę dostępności mieszkańców do infrastruktury co dokona się poprzez osiągnięcie możliwie najwyższego komfortu cieplnego w budynkach użyteczności publicznej (szkołach, ośrodkach zdrowia, świetlicach , bibliotekach itp.).. The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the public utility building – a communal common room in Policzna commune. The building is primarily used for social purposes. The building has a common room, municipal library, Volunteer Fire Service, social organisations. The project is a priority part of the programme aimed at reducing emissions of harmful compounds from public buildings. It also aims to organise the management of heat energy in this building, which is a socially important object in the very centre of Policzna. The above project was submitted for implementation – construction application on 8.01.2016 to the Starosta Zwolenski. The scope of construction works planned in the project includes the thermal modernisation of the building by improving the insulation of building partitions, which are characterised by high energy intensity: • warming of the ceiling, roof and replacement of its cover, • making thermal insulation floors, • reconstruction of ventilation systems, • replacement of old windows and doors, • warming of the walls of foundations and cellars, • replacement of old heating system, • renovation of the exterior facade. The primary objective of the project related to the thermal modernisation of the municipal common room building in Policzno is to improve the quality of technical infrastructure, to reduce the demand for heat in public utility facilities, as well as to improve the quality of life of residents using municipal and social services by improving the accessibility of residents to the infrastructure, which will be achieved by achieving the highest possible thermal comfort in public buildings (schools, health centres, common rooms, libraries, etc.).
