Project implemented from 06.2017 to 11.2018 only in rural areas – in Municipalities: Rivers, Ciepielów, Solec nad Vistula and in partnership of these communes. The total number of newly built RES installations is 506 units. The total RES installed capacity will be 1,98 MW of which: 1271.04 kW is photovoltaic, 515.20 kW are collectors and 196.76 kW heat pumps. The total amount of energy produced from RES will be 1919.45 MWh per year, including: 1207,49 MWh with photovoltaics, 196,76 MWh with heat pumps and 515,2 MWh with collectors. Thus, the sum of energy produced by collectors and solars as the second and third types of RES will be 711.96 MWh per year, representing 37 % of the share of energy produced under the project. The project will result in an increase in the use of RES energy in relation to the total energy consumed and/or produced in the projects covered by the project – energy produced from RES 1919.45 MWh will represent 92 % of the energy currently consumed (1919.45/2085.72 MWh x 100 %). As a consequence, CO2 will be reduced by 1495.6 tonnes per year. The project costs will amount to PLN 10,808,416.02 and the co-financing of PLN 8.646.732,81 and EUR 2032707,89, which represents 80 % of the total eligible expenditure. The project is characterised by high cost efficiency – the value of co-financing (EU funding) on (A) 1 MW of installed capacity is EUR 1026620,15 (B) 1 MWh of production capacity is EUR 1059,005 (C) for the reduction of 1 tonnes of CO2 per year to EUR 1359,125 The project also assumes the development and distribution of a newspaper – a promotional and information brochure about the project to increase the environmental awareness of other residents regarding RES.     Projekt realizowany od 06.2017 do 11.2018 wyłącznie na obszarach wiejskich - w Gminach: Rzeczniów, Ciepielów, Solec nad Wisłą i w partnerstwie tych gmin. Łączna liczba nowo-wybudowanych instalacji OZE wynosi 506 sztuk. Łączna moc zainstalowana OZE wyniesie 1,98 MW z czego: 1271,04 kW to fotowoltaika, 515,20 kW to kolektory a 196,76 kW pompy ciepła. Łączna ilość energii produkowanej z OZE wyniesie rocznie 1919,45 MWh w tym: 1207,49MWh z fotowoltaiki, 196,76 MWh z pomp ciepła i 515,2 MWh z kolektorów. Tym samym suma energii produkowanej przez kolektory i solary jako drugi i trzeci rodzaj OZE wyniesie rocznie 711,96 MWh co stanowi 37% udziału energii produkowanej w ramach projektu. W efekcie realizacji projektu nastąpi wzrost wykorzystania energii OZE w odniesieniu do całkowitej energii zużytej i/lub produkowanej w obiektach objętych projektem – energia produkowana z OZE 1919,45 MWh stanowić będzie 92% aktualnie zużywanej energii (1919,45/2085,72 MWh x 100%). W konsekwencji nastąpi redukcja CO2 o 1495,6 tony rocznie. Koszty projektu wyniosą 10.808.416,02 PLN a dofinansowanie 8.646.732,81 PLN i 2.032.707,89 EUR, co stanowi 80% wszystkich wydatków kwalifikowalnych. Projekt charakteryzuje się wysoką efektywnością kosztową - wartość dofinansowania (nakład środków UE) na (A) 1 MW mocy zainstalowanej to 1.026.620,15 EUR (B) 1MWh mocy produkowanej to 1.059,005 EUR (C) na redukcję 1 tony CO2 rocznie to 1.359,125 EUR Projekt zakłada również opracowanie i dystrybucję gazetki – broszury promocyjno-informacyjnej o projekcie w celu zwiększenia świadomości ekologicznej pozostałych mieszkańców odnośnie OZE.
