The subject of the Project is the implementation into economic practice of the results of R & D (R & D) carried out by the Applicant, the result of which is the proprietary, unique in the world technology of processing cans with drinks. Illustratively, the process of drinking cans consists of permanent, mechanical removal of the original graphics placed on the side surfaces of cans, their proper preparation and the imposition of new labels from shrink film. Can processing will be offered to units with excess production of beverages or unused aluminium cans, which would be disposed of (scraps, sewage) without this offer. The technological line for processing cans will be installed in a production plant owned by the Applicant in the village Dziadkowskie Folwark, Huszlew commune, łosicki district. It will consist of the following blocks/functional devices:Depalletiser, Input Transporter, Cleaner, Output Transporter, Slider, Dehumidifier, Packaging Machine, Palletiser. The machines/equipment/installations of the line will be placed on a separate area of 400 m² of the plant’s production hall. The project is part of 3 areas of intelligent specialisation in Mazovia (5 Priority Research Courses and 6 Research Goals). The project has high environmental values. Positive environmental impacts are ensured through the application of solutions: • guaranteeing raw material savings • low and non-waste technologies • guaranteeing a reduction in the amount of pollutants discharged into the atmosphere • extending the life cycle of a product The investment will be carried out under a single contract awarded to the contractor selected by the competition, in accordance with the principle of competitiveness – by 30 June 2021. Linia technologiczna do procesowania puszek zostanie zainstalowana w zakładzie produkcyjnym należącym do Wnioskodawcy we wsi Dziadkowskie Folwark, gmina Huszlew, powiat łosicki. W jej skład wchodzić będą następujące bloki/urządzenia funkcjonalne:Depaletyzator, Transporter wejściowy, Oczyszczarka, Transporter wyjściowy, Sliwiarka, Osuszacz, Pakowarka, Paletyzator. Maszyny/urządzenia/instalacje wchodzące w skład linii zostaną umieszczone na wydzielonej powierzchni 400 m2 hali produkcyjnej zakładu. Projekt wpisuje się w 3 obszary mazowieckich inteligentnych specjalizacji (5 Priorytetowych kierunków badań i 6 Celów badawczych). Projekt ma wysokie walory pro środowiskowe. Pozytywny wpływ na środowisko zapewniono poprzez zastosowanie rozwiązań: • gwarantujących oszczędność surowcową • technologii mało i bezodpadowych • gwarantujących zmniejszenie ilości zanieczyszczeń odprowadzanych do atmosfery • wydłużających cykl życia produktu Inwestycja zostanie zrealizowana w ramach jednego zamówienia udzielonego wykonawcy wybranemu w drodze konkursu, zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności - do 30 czerwca 2021 r.
