As part of the project, participants will be able to benefit from training, traineeships and employment as part of the reimbursement of the costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace. The project envisages a comprehensiveness of support, in cases resulting from IPD. It will be possible to combine different forms of support (training/training, training + retrofit) in a way that ensures effective activation leading to sustainable employment.
