The project consists of launching new and significantly improved products by implementing the results of R & D works carried out on behalf of POS-PLASTIC. Products resulting from the project i.e. Box E2, Box for mushrooms and soft fruits, The plastic grinding was created by the application in addition to product innovation at the same time process, which is the proprietary process of recycling plastics, based on the latest market technologies. In this process as many as 3 times will be eliminated metal elements from the processed material, an antibacterial mixture will be added and the regranulation of the material, which is the next stage of milling, will be omitted. This will eliminate the extrusion process, which is an unnecessary degradation of the material. All this will translate into products with high quality and antibacterial properties. The new offer will be addressed to companies from the poultry, meat, food, agri-saving and plastic packaging industries. The material scope will be carried out in two stages, in total from 02.2017 to 06.2018 and will cover the purchase of: injection moulds, recycling lines, optical sorter, screw compressor. The entire production will be supported additionally by the purchased system of communication with the customer (the use of ICT), and co-financing of the project from EU funds will be promoted through the planned information and promotion activities. In addition, the project envisages, among other things, the continuation of cooperation with the contractor of R & D work, increase in employment, positive environmental impact, involvement of more than the required own contribution, or practical training of people supported under 10iv. The project is compatible with RIS for Mazovia. The main objective of the Company is to improve competitiveness and innovation, among others, to diversify the offer, attract new customers, commercialise research results, increase employment, become independent of suppliers of raw materials. Projekt polega na wprowadzeniu na rynek nowych i znacząco udoskonalonych produktów poprzez wdrożenie wyników prac B+R przeprowadzonych na zlecenie POS-PLASTIC. Produkty będące wynikiem projektu tj. Skrzynka E2, Skrzynka na pieczarki i owoce miękkie, Przemiał z tworzyw sztucznych powstały dzięki zastosowaniu oprócz innowacji produktowej jednocześnie procesowej, którą jest autorski proces recyklingu tworzyw sztucznych, oparty o najnowsze rynkowe technologie. W procesie tym aż 3-krotnie eliminowane będą elementy metalowe z przerabianego tworzywa, dodana zostanie mieszanka antybakteryjna oraz pominięta zostanie regranulacja tworzywa stanowiący kolejny etap obróbki przemiału. Pozwoli to wyeliminować proces wytłaczania, który jest niepotrzebną degradacją tworzywa. Wszystko to przełoży się na produkty o wysokiej jakości i właściwościach antybakteryjnych. Nowa oferta będzie skierowana do firm z branży drobiarskiej i mięsnej, spożywczej, rolno-sadowniczej oraz producentów opakowań z tworzyw sztucznych. Zakres rzeczowy realizowany będzie w dwóch etapach, łącznie od 02.2017 do 06.2018 i obejmie zakup: wtryskarek, form wtryskowych, linii do recyklingu, sortera optycznego, sprężarki śrubowej. Całość produkcji wspierana będzie dodatkowo zakupionym systemem komunikacji z klientem (zastosowanie TIK), a współfinansowanie projektu ze środków UE będzie promowane poprzez zaplanowane działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Ponadto w projekcie przewidziano m.in. kontynuację współpracy z wykonawcą prac B+R, wzrost zatrudnienia, pozytywny wpływ na środowisko, zaangażowanie większego niż wymagany wkładu własnego, czy szkolenia praktyczne osób objętych wsparciem w ramach 10iv. Projekt jest zgodny z RIS dla Mazowsza. Głównym celem Spółki jest poprawa konkurencyjności i innowacyjności, a poza tym m.in. zróżnicowanie oferty, pozyskanie nowych klientów, skomercjalizowanie wyników badań, zwiększenie zatrudnienia, uniezależnienie się od dostawców surowca.
