The subject of the project is the implementation of its own research and development work covered by the report entitled The effect of changes in tonal values in the range of 1-10 % in flexographic printing and the acquisition of control over the production-exposure of printing forms on the quality of flexographic printing. This implementation will be due to investments planned within the project, selected on the basis of the recommendations of the research team, i.e. the construction of a production hall, the purchase of laminator, wafer, spectrophotometers and laboratory tables and the purchase of specialised printing preparation software. Technological innovation in the project is an innovative way of producing packaging, ensuring the quality of printing at the level of rotogravure in the flexographic process by adjusting the process parameters at the printing preparation stage. As a result of the project, new products will be placed on the market: — High barrier packaging for such premium products as Coffee, meat using high resolution printing technology using flexographic technology, – Packaging for fresh products such as lettuce, vegetables, using high resolution printing technology and the use of antifog layer applied in the laminating process. New products are characterised not only by high quality of printouts, have a number of characteristics expected by the market, i.e. price lower by 15-20 %, high barrier of packaging, which translates into an extension of the freshness of the products, the possibility of making low-end printouts (from 300 kg), quick preparation for printing (fast reaction to changes), safety of packaging for fresh food – lack of contact of food with print, removal of moisture in packaging. Przedmiotem projektu jest wdrożenie własnych prac badawczo - rozwojowych objętych sprawozdaniem pt. Wpływ zmiany parametrów wartości tonalnych w zakresie 1-10 % w druku fleksograficznym i przejęciu kontroli nad procesem wytwarzania-naświetlania form drukowych na jakość druku fleksograficznego. Przedmiotowe wdrożenie nastąpi dzięki zaplanowanym w ramach projektu inwestycjom, dobranym na podstawie rekomendacji zespołu badawczego tj. budowa hali produkcyjnej, zakup laminatora, oklejarki, spektrofotometrów wraz ze stołami laboratoryjnymi oraz zakup specjalistycznego oprogramowania do przygotowania druku. Innowacją technologiczną w projekcie jest nowatorski sposób produkcji opakowań zapewniający osiągnięcie jakości nadruku na poziomie rotograwiury w procesie fleksograficznym poprzez dostosowanie parametrów procesu na etapie przygotowania druku. W wyniku realizacji projektu na rynek wprowadzone zostaną nowe produkty: - Opakowanie wysoko barierowe do takich produktów premium jak Kawa, mięso z zastosowaniem technologii druku wysokiej rozdzielczości przy zastosowaniu technologii fleksograficznej, - Opakowanie do produktów świeżych jak sałata, warzywa, z zastosowaniem technologii druku wysokiej rozdzielczości oraz zastosowaniem warstwy antyfogowej aplikowanej w procesie laminacji. Nowe produkty charakteryzują się nie tylko wysoką jakością wydruków, posiadają szereg cech oczekiwanych przez rynek tj. cena niższa o 15-20%, wysoka barierowość opakowań co przekłada się na przedłużenie świeżości produktów, możliwość realizacji niskodakładowych wydruków (od 300 kg), szybkie przygotowanie do druku (szybka reakcja na zmiany), bezpieczeństwo opakowań do żywności świeżej - brak styczności żywności z drukiem, odprowadzenie wilgoci w opakowaniach. Zwiększone moce produkcyjne wiążą się z koniecznością stworzenia 6 etatów w związku z realizacją projektu. (Polish)
