The project concerns the implementation of product innovation and process in the perimeter sector. As part of the project, the applicant will significantly improve two products from its range, i.e. fencing systems and gates and gates. The major improvement will be the use in all of these products of a new element, unknown to the Polish market, which is pressed from galvanised steel as a result of self-performed studies and commissioned research and development. The introduction of two significantly improved products will be the result of research, partly carried out by the Applicant and partially commissioned by the Applicant. With regard to the innovation process, the use of high technology equipment in the form of laser and hydraulic automated tools for improving the production process of cutting materials for the production of fencing systems and entrance gates is an innovation. This innovation will help to maintain a high quality of connection that ensures that safety standards are maintained, that the product obtained in a multi-currency production process is high, simplified, tailored to the individual user’s needs for assembly and aesthetics. An important aspect of the implementation of the new technology is its environmental aspect: the changes in production technology will contribute to reducing emissions of chemicals harmful to the environment — silica, industrial dust, oxides of iron and zinc, nitrogen and nitrate compounds and manganese compounds. The achievement of the above objectives will be achieved through the purchase of: 1. An innovative laser for cutting and profiling. 2. Automatic hydraulic sawing machine for metalworking. The expenditure shall be complemented by fit-out works related to installation and first launch of fixed assets purchased as part of the project. (English)

    Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia innowacji produktowej i procesowej w branży ogrodzeń. W ramach realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca dokona znacznego ulepszenia dwóch produktów ze swojego asortymentu, tj. systemów ogrodzeń i słupków do bram i furtek). Znaczące ulepszenie będzie polegało na wykorzystaniu we wszystkich tych produktach nowego, nieznanego dotychczas na rynku polskim elementu – łącznika wciskanego ze stali galwanizowanej, będącego efektem przeprowadzonych we własnym zakresie oraz zleconych prac badawczo-rozwojowych. Wprowadzenie dwóch znacząco udoskonalonych produktów będzie efektem prac badawczych, częściowo przeprowadzonych samodzielnie przez Wnioskodawcę, a częściowo przez niego zleconych. W zakresie procesu innowacją jest wykorzystanie sprzętu wysokiej techniki w postaci lasera i hydraulicznej automatycznej piły dla celów ulepszenia procesu produkcyjnego w zakresie cięcia materiałów do produkcji systemów ogrodzeń i bram wjazdowych. Taka innowacja przyczyni się do zachowania wysokiej jakości łączenia zapewniającej zachowanie standardów bezpieczeństwa, wysoką powtarzalność produktu uzyskiwanego w wieloseryjnym procesie produkcji, uproszczony, dostosowany do potrzeb indywidualnego użytkownika sposób montażu oraz estetykę wykonania. Istotnym aspektem wdrożenia nowej technologii jest jej aspekt środowiskowy – zmiany w technologii produkcyjnej przyczynią się do ograniczenia emisji szkodliwych dla środowiska związków chemicznych – krzemionki, pyłów przemysłowych, tlenków żelaza i cynku, azotków i azotanów oraz związków manganu. Osiągnięcie ww. celów zostanie dokonane poprzez zakup: 1. Innowacyjnego lasera do cięcia i profilowania. 2. Automatycznej piły hydraulicznej do obróbki metali. Dopełnieniem wydatków stanowią prace adaptacyjne związane z instalacją i pierwszym uruchomieniem zakupionych w ramach projektu środków trwałych. (Polish)
