Labour segments such as: training topics, potential of training staff (actual and declared), potential of students (analytical: age monitoring, thematic monitoring, current and future training needs). Thanks to the above, the Applicant will be able to gain the reputation of a leader of a training company using and promoting the management of a knowledge-based enterprise, acquired through an e-polyhistor, i.e. a solution that implements a business philosophy consisting of demonstrating the potential of the enterprise by identifying the potential of the previously hidden (declarative knowledge) and existing potential (real knowledge resulting from the training). Proper identification of knowledge will determine the company’s readiness to provide services in constantly changing market conditions. The form of the undertaking, through effective identification of knowledge, will become a dominant form in the near future, and the Applicant, as its precursor on the training market, will be seen as a modern company with a current commercial offer. The implementation of the project will allow you to manage the training area based on digital knowledge, and not only the knowledge of individual employees of the company. Celem projektu jest 1.Opracowanie logiki biznesowej identyfikującej potencjał wiedzy oraz implementującej przedmiotowe rozwiązanie w narzędziu informatycznym, 2.Wykonaniu prototypu aplikacji, 3. Przetestowanie prototypu z grupą użytkowników końcowych, 4.Przygotowanie pełnej dokumentacji końcowej (technicznej i użytkownika). Po wdrożeniu rozwiązania we własnej firmie, Wnioskodawca zamierza przedmiotowe narzędzie włączyć do oferty handlowej rozszerzając swoją dotychczasową ofertę o całkowicie nowy segment usług.Powyższe zostanie osiągnięte poprzez zbud aplikacji obsługującej obszar szkoleniowy ze szczeg ukierunkowaniem na analizę podażowo-pop. Zostaną obsłużone segmenty pracy takie jak: tematyka szkoleń, potencjał kadry szkoleniowej (rzeczywisty oraz deklarowany), potencjał kursantów (ujęcie analityczne: monitoring wiekowy, tematyczny, zapotrzebowanie na szkolenia obecne oraz przyszłe). Dzięki powyższemu Wnioskodawca będzie mógł zdobyć renomę lidera firmy szkoleniowej stosującej i promującej zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem oparte na wiedzy, pozyskiwanej poprzez e-Polihistor, tj. rozwiązaniu które implementuje filozofię biznesową polegającą na uwidocznieniu potencjału przedsiębiorstwa poprzez identyfikację potencjału dotychczas ukrytego (wiedza deklaratywna) oraz potencjału istniejącego (wiedza rzeczywista wynikająca ze zrealizowanych szkoleń). Właściwa identyfikacja wiedzy decydować będzie o gotowości przedsiębiorstwa do świadczenia usług w ciągle zmieniających się uwarunkowaniach rynkowych. Forma zarz przedsięb poprzez skuteczną identyfikację wiedzy stanie się w niedalekiej przyszłości formą dominującą, a Wnioskodawca, jako jej prekursor na rynku szkoleniowym, będzie postrzegany jako firma nowoczesna z aktualną ofertą handlową. Realizacja projektu pozwoli zarządzać obszarem szkoleń w oparciu o wiedzę cyfrową, a nie tylko wiedzę poszczególnych pracowników firmy.
