The main objective of the project is to develop a new product, which is an innovation at least on a European scale, enabling the recruitment process through cable TV decoders. The project envisages the implementation of research works in the field of: 1. Pre-implementation analyses and the development of innovative solutions (Stage I of the project – industrial research) 1.1 elaboration of social research concepts using cable TV terminal analysis of recruitment opportunities through a new medium, analysis of possible methods of recruiting and selecting employees using an innovative tool, definition of recruitment processes and target groups. 1.2 Development of the concept of a recruitment tool (IT system). 2. Development of a design project concerning the development of technical, functional and aesthetic characteristics of the product for placing it on the market (Stage II of the project – industrial research) 2.1 development of graphical interface design of the application, graphic design solution 2.2 map of system operation processes. 3. Carrying out work related to technological adaptation of new or improved solutions (Stage III of the project – development work) – 3.1 development of the application prototype – an innovative solution for the initial recruitment of employees through the network of cable TV decoders. Celem głównym projektu jest opracowanie nowego produktu, stanowiącego innowację w skali co najmniej europejskiej rozwiązania, umożliwiającego realizację procesu rekrutacji za pośrednictwem dekoderów telewizji kablowej. W ramach projektu przewidziano realizację prac badawczych w zakresie: 1. Analiz przedwdrożeniowych i opracowania innowacyjnych rozwiązań (Etap I projektu – badania przemysłowe) 1.1 opracowanie koncepcji badań społecznych przy wykorzystaniu terminalu telewizji kablowej analiza możliwości prowadzenia naboru pracowników za pośrednictwem nowego medium, analiza możliwych metod prowadzenia rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników przy pomocy innowacyjnego narzędzia, definicja procesów rekrutacyjnych i grup docelowych. 1.2 opracowanie koncepcji narzędzia rekrutacji (systemu IT). 2. Opracowania projektu wzorniczego dotyczącego opracowania cech technicznych, użytkowych i estetycznych produktu w celu wprowadzenia go na rynek (Etap II projektu – badania przemysłowe) 2.1 opracowanie projektu interfejsu graficznego aplikacji, projektu graficznego rozwiązania 2.2 mapy procesów działania systemu. 3. Wykonania prac związanych z dostosowaniem technologicznym nowych lub ulepszonych rozwiązań (Etap III projektu – prace rozwojowe) – 3.1 opracowania prototypu aplikacji - innowacyjnego rozwiązania do wstępnej rekrutacji pracowników za pośrednictwem sieci dekoderów telewizji kablowej. Efektem projektu będzie prototyp innowacyjnego produktu, który zostanie przeznaczony do wdrożenia w działalności Benefactor Sp. z o.o., przyczyniając się do wzrostu innowacyjności i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstwa.
