The target group (GD) consists of 15 children 7K/8M aged 3-4 years from the area of Ulhówek. Main objective of the project – a higher level of participation of 15 dz. aged 3-4 years and increased quality of pre-school education in Ulhówek Municipality from 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 GD is not yet participating in preschool. Preschool age is a period of rapid developmental changes, leaving its consequences in the human life. Preschool education is the time of supporting the child, i.e. creating optimal conditions for development and watching over the direction of change. This process should help children, develop a variety of skills such as: independence, creativity, awareness of problems, planning and fulfillment of tasks, social competences and certain key skills and attitudes shaped in relations with the socio-natural and cultural environment. The importance of education therefore has a fundamental impact on the proper development of the child and the subsequent functioning of society as an adult. The project is a response to the problem of availability of preschool education and inequalities in access to it not only G Ulhówek but also the entire voivodship. The priority of this project will therefore be to increase pre-school education and to improve the quality of pre-school education. Support for pre-school education also significantly increases the chances of women on the labour market, thus allowing for reconciliation of work and family life, which is, in a way, an added value of the project. Grupę docelową (GD) stanowi 15 dzieci 7K/8M w wieku 3-4 l. z terenu Gminy Ulhówek. CEL GŁÓWNY projektu - wyższy poziom uczestnictwa 15 dz. w wieku 3-4 l i zwiększona jakość świadczonej edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Ulhówek od 01.01.2018 – 31.12.2018 GD to dz. dotychczas nie uczestniczące w wych. przedszkolnym. Wiek przedszkolny to okres szybkich zmian rozwojowych, pozostawiający swe konsekwencje w dalszym życiu człowieka. Wychowanie przedszkolne to czas wspomagania dziecka czyli tworzenia mu optymalnych warunków rozwoju i czuwania nad kierunkiem zmian. W procesie tym należy pomagać dzieciom, rozwijać różnorodne umiejętności takie jak: samodzielność, kreatywność, umiejętność dostrzegania problemów, planowania i realizowania zadań, kompetencje społeczne oraz niektóre umiejętności kluczowe i postawy kształtowane w relacjach ze środowiskiem społeczno-przyrodniczym i kulturowym. Znaczenie edukacji ma więc fundamentalny wpływ na prawidłowy rozwój dziecka i późniejsze funkcjonowanie w społeczeństwie jako osoby dorosłej. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na problem dostępności edukacji przedszkolnej i nierówności w dostępie do niej nie tylko G Ulhówek ale i całego woj. lub. Priorytetem niniejszego projektu będzie więc zwiększenie upowszechnienia edukacji przedszkolnej oraz podniesienie jakości edukacji przedszkolnej. Wsparcie edukacji przedszkolnej istotnie zwiększa również szanse kobiet na rynku pracy, umożliwiając tym samym godzenie życia zawodowego i rodzinnego, co stanowi niejako wartość dodaną projektu.
