PS and subm. reintegration (ZAZ, WTZ, CIS, KIS), Subm. prow. economic activities declaring a desire to transform into FVCs; Physicists and legal persons intending to establish FVCs, including: 150 persons excluded or social exclusion included in the catalogue of persons indicated in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and combating poverty using ESF and ERDF funds for the years 2014-2020, CSOs and their organisational units and representatives of the public adm. Celem projektu jest rozwój sektora ekonomii społecznej w subregionie chełmsko-zamojskim poprzez kompleksowe, komplementarne i łączne wsparcie 350 osób (210K i 140M) i 200 podmiotów ekonomii społecznej w zakresie podniesienia wiedzy, umiejętności i kwalifikacji niezbędnych do tworzenia, prowadzenia lub wspierania PES, a także doprowadzenie do powstania 150 trwałych miejsc pracy dla 90 K i 60 M osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społ. w przedsiębiorstwach społecznych w okresie od 1.06.2017 do 31.05.2020 r. Projekt obejmuje subregion chełmsko-zamojski woj. lubelskiego (powiaty: chełmski, krasnostawski, hrubieszowski, tomaszowski, zamojski, m.Chełm i m. Zamość) Projekt realizowany przez OWES w Zamościu i Chełmie obejmie wsparciem: PES (zgodnie z def. KPRES), w tym w szczeg. PS i podm. reintegracyjn (ZAZ, WTZ, CIS, KIS), Podm. prow. działalność gospodarczą, deklarujące chęć przekształcenia się w PS; Os. fiz. i os. prawne zamierzające założyć PS, w tym: 150 os. wykluczonych lub zagr. wykluczeniem społecznym, mieszczących się w katalogu osób wskazanych w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społecznego i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata 2014-2020, JST i ich jednostki organizacyjne oraz przedstawiciele adm. publicznej. W ramach projektu OWES oferuje kompleksowe i komplementarne wsparcie (szkoleniowe, doradcze, finansowe) na rzecz tworzenia miejsc pracy w PS oraz tworzenia nowych PS, usługi animacyjne, rozwoju ekonomii społecznej oraz usługi wsparcia rozwoju i funkcjonowania istniejących przedsiębiorstw społecznych (wszystkie 3 typy projektów).
