The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 50 UP (25 M and 25 K) residing in the Janów county, the unemployed and farmers and/or their households intending to leave agriculture, aged 30+, who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market (i.e. long-term unemployed, low-skilled people, ON, 50+), through the acquisition and/or upgrading of professional qualifications through comprehensive and effective activation of the education-producing project. Within 4 months of joining the UP project, the first support (employment offer and/or training and/or traineeship) will result in PP becoming independent. Actions foreseen in the project: ? Identifying the needs of UPs without employment and diagnosing opportunities for professional improvement, including identification of the degree of distance from the labour market and IPD? comprehensive and individual job intermediation in the field of job selection in accordance with the qualifications and competences of the supported person, high-quality vocational courses/training (e.g. Tailor-made, Monter renewable energy equipment with electric privileges SEP G1, carpenter/building carpenter, Senior Caregiver), including at least 10 % of UP covered by the training will receive training support in the professions related to the white or green economy sector, taking into account the specificities and differentiation of the region in terms of projected work needs in specific specialisations (prem. 1), at least 80 % of participants of training in the project will be qualified, within the meaning of the Guidelines (crit. prem. 2), traineeships carried out in accordance with the Council Recommendation of 10 March 2014 on a quality framework for traineeships (Dz. Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 50 UP (25 M i 25 K) zamieszkałych na terenie powiatu janowskiego, bezrobotnych i rolników i/lub ich domowników zamierzających odejść z rolnictwa, w wieku 30+ znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy (tj. os. długotrwale bezrobotne, os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, ON, 50+), poprzez nabycie i/lub podwyższenie kwalifikacji zawodowych dzięki kompleksowej i skutecznej aktywizacji edukacyjno-zawodowej uzyskanej w ramach projektu. W ciągu 4 m-cy od przystąpienia do projektu UP otrzyma pierwsze wsparcie (ofertę zatrudnienia i/lub szkolenie i/lub staż zawodowy). które w konsekwencji doprowadzi do usamodzielnienia się UP. Działania przewidziane w projekcie: ? Identyfikacja potrzeb UP pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy i IPD ? kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby, ? wysokiej jakości kursy/szkolenia zawodowe (m.in. Szyte na miarę, Monter urządzeń energii odnawialnej z uprawnieniami elektrycznymi SEP G1, Cieśla/stolarz budowlany, Opiekun osób starszych), w tym min. 10% UP objętych szkoleniami uzyska wsparcie szkoleniowe w zawodach związanych z sektorem białej lub zielonej gospodarki z uwzględnieniem specyfiki i zróżnicowania regionu pod względem prognozowanego zapotrzebowania na pracę w konkretnych specjalizacjach (kryt. prem. 1), min. 80% uczestników szkoleń w projekcie uzyska kwalifikacje, w rozumieniu Wytycznych (kryt. prem. 2), ? staże zawodowerealizowane zgodnie z zaleceniem Rady z dnia 10 marca 2014 r. w sprawie ram jakości staży (Dz. Urz. UE C 88 z 27.03.2014, str. 1) oraz z Polskimi Ramami Jakości Praktyk i Staży, ? zwrot kosztów dojazdu. Ważnym efektem projektu ma być uzyskanie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienie przez blisko połowę UP. (Polish)
