    GŁÓWNY CEL: podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia poprzez dostosowanie kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego do potrzeb regionalnej gospodarki przez 96 osób (58K/38M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej bezrobotnych oraz rolników i członków ich rodzin w wieku 30 lat i więcej zarejestrowanych w PUP/MUP jako osoby bezrobotne, prowadzących indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych,zamierzających odejść z rolnictwa,zamieszkujących (w roz.Kodeksu Cywilnego)na terenie woj.lubelskiego należące co najmniej do jednej z następujących grup:os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej –min.25%UP tj. 24os.,os.długotrwale bezrobotne -min.60%UP tj.58os.,K-min.60%UP tj. 58os.,ON –min.50%UP tj.48os.,os.o niskich kwalifikacjach- min.10%UP tj.10os., w okresie od 11.2017 do 02.2019r.   ZADANIA: Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zastosowanie szeregu działań ze wsparcia indywidualnego i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej tj. poradnictwa zawodowego z IPD, pośrednictwa pracy, szkolenia zawodowego, 3-mies. stażu zawodowego oraz dla 10UP dodatku relokacyjnego.
