Participants of the project will be 75 people aged 50 years and over (45K, 30M), unemployed (at least 80 % of PUP) and inactive (20 %UP), residing within the meaning of the provisions of the General Court in the Lublin Voivodeship, including in the case of unemployed persons registered in the labour office – the support will be addressed to unemployed persons who belong to the I or II profile of the aid. 15 % of the unemployed will be farmers and members of their families registered in the PUP/MUP as unemployed persons, running individual farms up to the size of 2 hectares of conversion, intending to leave agriculture. Priority shall be given to participation for: persons with disabilities (50 %UP), long-term unemployed (60 % of unemployed UP), low-skilled (50 %UP), in rural areas. The main objective of the project is to increase professional capacity in accordance with the Individual Action Plan drawn up by 80 % of the 75UPs in the period 01.07.2017-31.05.2019 by vocational training and traineeships preceded by identification of training needs, diagnosis of opportunities for professional improvement, identification of the degree of distance from the labour market (including IPD development/update), supported by work and professional guidance. Uczestnikami projektu będzie 75os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej (45K, 30M), bezrobotnych (co najmniej 80%UP) i biernych zawodowo (20%UP), zamieszkałych w rozumieniu przepisów KC na terenie woj. lubelskiego, w tym że w przypadku osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w urzędzie pracy - wsparcie skierowane będzie do osób bezrobotnych, które należą do I lub II profilu pomocy. 15% bezrobotnych UP będą stanowili rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin zarejestrowani w PUP/MUP jako osoby bezrobotne, prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwa rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych, zamierzający odejść z rolnictwa. Pierwszeństwo udziału przewidziano dla : os. niepełnosprawnych (50%UP), długotrwale bezrobotnych (60% bezrobotnych UP), o niskich kwalifikacjach (50%UP), zam. na terenach wiejskich. Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie potencjału zawodowego zgodnie ze sporządzonym Indywidualnym Planem Działania przez 80% spośród 75UP w terminie 01.07.2017- 31.05.2019r. przez szkolenia zawodowe i staże poprzedzone identyfikacją potrzeb szkoleniowych, diagnozowaniem możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, identyfikacją stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy (w tym opracowanie/aktualizacja IPD), wsparte pośrednictwem pracy i poradnictwem zawodowym. Główne rezultaty to: minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej osiągnięty na poziomie co najmniej: - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej- 33%, - dla kobiet- 39%, - w przypadku osób z niepełnosprawnościami- 33%, - w przypadku osób długotrwale bezrobotnych- 30%, - w przypadku osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do poziomu wykształcenia ponadgimnazjalnego włącznie)- 38%, - w przypadku uczestników nie kwalifikujących się do żadnej z wymienionych grup docelowych- 45%.
