The main objective of the project is to activate 60 women unemployed or inactive professionally, aged 30 and over, residing within the meaning of the Civil Code in the Lublin Voivodeship. The target group will include at least 2 people with disabilities and at least 80 % (48 people) unemployed, including: 1. min. 15 % (8 persons) leaving agriculture (farmers and members of their families, holding an individual agricultural holding up to 2 hectares of conversion); 2. min. 60 % (29 people) long-term unemployed. The main objective will be achieved by 30.04.2017. Each participant in the project will be covered by a comprehensive programme of professional activation, including individual and group vocational guidance, job intermediation, training and 3 months internship. The project envisages the achievement of employability at the following levels: Os. unemployed – 45 %; Long-term unemployed OS – 28 %; Occupational inactive – 30 %; OS with disabilities 24 %; Agriculture-leaving OS – 22 %. Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa 60 kobiet bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, w wieku 30 lat i więcej, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego na terenie województwa lubelskiego. W grupie docelowej znajdą się min 2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami oraz min 80% (48 os) bezrobotnych, w tym : 1. min 15 % (8 os) odchodzących z rolnictwa (rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin, prowadzący indywidualne gospodarstwo rolne do wielkości 2 ha przeliczeniowych); 2. min 60 % (29 os) długotrwale bezrobotnych. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty do 30.04.2017 r. Każda z osób uczestniczących w projekcie zostanie objęta kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowej obejmującym indywidualne i grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe, pośrednictwo pracy, szkolenie oraz 3-miesięczny staż zawodowy. W ramach projektu przewidziane jest osiągnięcie efektywności zatrudnieniowej na następujących poziomach: Os. bezrobotne - 45%; Os długotrwale bezrobotne - 28%; Os. bierne zawodowo - 30%; Os niepełnosprawne 24%; Os odchodzące z rolnictwa - 22%.
