The subject of the project is modernisation works carried out in the GOK building in Pawlow. The aim of the investment is to reconstruct and modernise the building in functional and architectural terms, in particular the use of an attic above the showroom on the theme studios, providing facilities for the stage of the showroom, adapting the facility for disabled people, ensuring compliance with applicable fire regulations, health and safety regulations and other building regulations and standards. The final result will involve more residents of the municipality to actively participate in cultural events. The project results are primarily: an increase in the number of beneficiaries by more than 11 % in relation to the current situation; improving accessibility to cultural events; building awareness of the young generation and cultural education; preservation of cultural heritage for future generations, including the maintenance of dying professions, i.e. pottery, coopering, creating conditions for the development of a cultural offer responding to the needs of a changing society; improving the attractiveness of the municipality; creating new jobs; adapting infra to the needs of people with different types of disability. Material scope of the project: repair and modernisation work, dismantling work, construction works, renovation of ceilings, walls, replacement of wall coverings, replacement of door carpentry, armchairs, construction of new floors, floors, sanitary works, including ventilation installation, replacement of electrical installations, lighting. All work will be carried out in a way that ensures environmental sustainability.     Przedmiotem proj są prace modernizacyjne prowadzone w budynku GOK w Pawłowie. Celem inwestycji jest przebudowa i modernizacja budynku pod względem funkcjonalnym i architektoniczno-budowlanym, a w szczególności wykorzystania poddasza nad salą widowiskową na pracownie tematyczne, zapewnienia zaplecza dla sceny sali widowiskowej, dostosowanie obiektu dla osób niepełnosprawnych, zapewnienie zgodności z obowiązującymi przepisami przeciwpożarowymi, bhp, oraz innymi przepisami i normami budowlanymi. Efektem końcowym będzie zaangażowanie większej liczby mieszkańców gminy do aktywnego udziału w wydarzeniach kulturalnych. Zakładane rezultaty proj to przede wszystkim: wzrost liczby osób korzystających o ponad 11% w odniesieniu do stanu obecnego; poprawa dostępności do wydarzeń kulturalnych; budowanie świadomości młodego pokolenia oraz edukacja kulturalna; zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego dla przyszłych pokoleń w tym podtrzymanie ginących zawodów, tj. garncarstwo, bednarstwo, tworzenie warunków rozwoju oferty kulturalnej odpowiadającej na potrzeby zmieniającego się społeczeństwa; podniesienie atrakcyjności Gminy; tworzenie nowych miejsc pracy; dostosowanie infra do potrzeb osób z różnymi rodzajami niepełnosprawności. Zakres rzeczowy proj:prace remontowo-modernizacyjne,prace demontażowe, roboty konstrukcyjne, remont sufitów, ścian,wymianę okładzin ściennych, wymianę stolarki drzwiowej, foteli, wykonanie nowych podłóg, posadzek, roboty sanitarne, w tym montaż wentylacji, wymianę instalacji elektrycznej, oświetlenie.
