The subject of the project is the implementation of industrial research and development work to develop an innovative method of draining walls using capillary hysteresis and constructing a device to use this method. The following industrial research is planned to be carried out in the research work: — Action 1 Developing a test facility to verify capillary hysteresis by means of dehumidification in laboratory conditions – Action 2 Development of the concept of a device for application of capillary hysteresis method in laboratory conditions – Action 3 Determination of environmental conditions for injection of hydrophobic agent – Action 4 Experiment of the drying process using the method of capillary hysteresis using the selected hydrophobic method 5 — Action 1 Producing a real scale device prototype for capillary hysteresis drying process – Action 2 automation of drainage and heating of walls using capillary hysteresis – Action 3 Validation and optimisation of capillary hysteresis drainage method on a real object.     Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja badań przemysłowych oraz prac rozwojowych w celu opracowania innowacyjnego sposobu osuszania murów metodą histerezy kapilarnej oraz skonstruowanie urządzenia do zastosowania tej metody. W pracach badawczych zaplanowano realizację następujących badań przemysłowych: - Działanie 1 Opracowanie obiektu badań umożliwiającego zweryfikowanie osuszania metodą histerezy kapilarnej w warunkach laboratoryjnych - Działanie 2 Opracowanie koncepcji urządzenia do zastosowania osuszania metodą histerezy kapilarnej w warunkach laboratoryjnych - Działanie 3 Określenie warunków środowiskowych dla iniekcji środka hydrofobowego - Działanie 4 Przeprowadzenie doświadczenia polegającego na osuszeniu metodą histerezy kapilarnej przy użyciu wybranego środka hydrofobowego - Działanie 5 Opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej z wytycznymi dla procesu technologicznego - osuszania metodą histerezy kapilarnej i opracowanie wytycznych dla procesu w trybie automatycznym - Działanie 6 Badania weryfikujące dla procesu technologicznego oraz działania oraz Eksperymentalnych prac rozwojowych: - Działanie 1 Wykonanie prototypu urządzenia w skali rzeczywistej do wykonywania procesu osuszania metodą histerezy kapilarnej - Działanie 2 Zautomatyzowanie procesu osuszania i ogrzewania murów metodą histerezy kapilarnej - Działanie 3 Walidacja i optymalizacja metody osuszania histerezy kapilarnej na obiekcie rzeczywistym.
