Założeniem projektu są prace rozwojowe nad innowacyjnym biznesowym systemem informatycznym typu B2B dostosowanym do potrzeb Fundacji Instytut Studiów Wschodnich (ISW) i jej partnerów. Celem jest wzrost pozycji na rynku i konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy działającego w branży organizacji konferencji i targów. System informatyczny zostanie stworzony na podstawie indywidualnych potrzeb ISW i opinii partnerów, do których jest skierowany system, i który usprawni komunikację, wymianę dokumentów i pracę firmy. Podjęte działania w projekcie będą realizowane przez wybraną na postawie zapytania ofertowego z dnia 8.02.2016 r. instytucję naukową - Wydział Informatyki i Nauki o Materiałach Uniwersytetu Śląskiego. Sposób realizacji, metoda, forma i podział na etapy będą odpowiednio dopasowane przez doświadczoną kadrę naukową Uniwersytetu Śląskiego do niezbędnych działań w projekcie, dzięki którym powstanie system informatyczny.
