The subject of the project is the construction of a photovoltaic installation with installed capacity of 0.039 MW covering the company’s own needs for electricity, on plot No 650/3 and 650/4 in Orchówek in the municipality of Włodawa. The applicant has ownership of the property. The power plant will consist of high-performance photovoltaic panels (147 units with a capacity of 270 W, assuming a high minimum module performance ratio of 16.7 %) installed on galvanised steel and aluminium frames with 25o angle angles connected to inverters with an efficiency of at least 98 %. This is detailed in the technical draft and the financial statement. Due to the location of the farm (one of the most sunny regions in the country) and technology, the planned installation will be able to produce a total of approximately 42 MWh of electricity per year. The electricity generated will be used to provide the company’s own needs. The estimated operating time of the installation is 25 years. The technology used meets the EU ecological criteria and standards set out in the notice of the President of the PKN on the list of harmonised standards. The project will be implemented in the second half of 2018. On the date of submission of the application, the applicant has all formal and legal documents (in accordance with Article 29 paragraph. 2 point 16 of the Construction Law The installation of photovoltaic equipment with installed electrical power dp 40 kW and free standing manifolds does not require notification to the competent authority or construction permit), there is no risk of failure of the project for reasons independent of the Applicant. The project will be implemented in one step. The project will result in a reduction of CO2 emissions to the atmosphere by 13.96 t. Period of implementation is adequate to the planned elements of the project. Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy zainstalowanej 0,039 MW pokrywającej potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa na energie elektryczną, na działce nr 650/3 i 650/4 w Orchówku na terenie Gminy Włodawa. Wnioskodawca posiada prawo własności do nieruchomości. Elektrownia będzie się składać z wysokowydajnych paneli fotowoltaicznych (147 szt. o mocy 270 W, zakładając wysoki minimalny współczynnik skuteczności modułu na poziomie 16,7%) zainstalowanych na stelażach wykonanych z ocynkowanej stali i aluminium o kacie nachylenia 25o, podłączonych do inwerterów o sprawności co najmniej 98%. Szczegółowo powyższe przedstawiono w projekcie technicznym oraz kosztorysie. Ze względu na położenie farmy (jeden z najbardziej nasłonecznionych regionów w kraju) oraz technologię projektowana instalacja będzie w stanie wyprodukować w ciągu roku łącznie około 42 MWh energii elektr. Wytworzona energia elektr. będzie zużyta na zapewnienie potrzeb własnych przedsiębiorstwa. Przewidywany czas eksploatacji instalacji to 25 lat. Zastosowana technologia spełnia kryteria i normy ekologiczne UE określone w obwieszczeniach Prezesa PKN w sprawie wykazu norm zharmonizowanych. Projekt będzie realizowany w II połowie 2018 r. Na dzień złożenia wniosku Wnioskodawca posiada wszystkie formalno-prawne dokumenty (zgodnie z art. 29 ust. 2 pkt 16 Prawa Budowlanego Montaż urządzeń fotowoltaicznych o zainstalowanej mocy elektrycznej dp 40 kW oraz wolnostojących kolektorów nie wymaga zgłoszenia właściwemu organowi ani pozwolenia na budowę), nie występuje ryzyko nie zrealizowania projektu z przyczyn niezależnych od Wnioskodawcy. Projekt będzie realizowany jednoetapowo. W wyniku realizacji projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery o 13,96 t. Okres realizacji jest adekwatny do zaplanowanych elementów projektu. Wnioskodawca odpowiednio wcześniej przygotował zakres projektu, posiada doświadczenie w realizacji projektów z zakresu OZE, w szczególności fotowoltaicznych instalacji. (Polish)
