Cel gł. proj.: Poprawiona dostępność i jakość usług społ. dla 60 osób po 60 roku życia, niesamodz. ze względu na podeszły wiek z terenu gm. wiejskiej Ulhówek poprzez rozwój środowiskowych form pomocy i samopomocy w formie 3 Klubów seniora do 30.09.2020 r.:Ulhówek-utworzenie 30 m-c dla 30 os.,Żerniki-15 m-c dla 15 os. i Tarnoszyn-15 m-c dla 15 os. Gł. rezultaty: Liczba wspartych w programie m-sc świadczenia usług społ. istniejących po zakończ. projektu–60 Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. objętych usługami społ. świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie–60 Grupa Docelowa [GD]:60 os.(36K i 24M), mieszk. G.Ulhówek, w wieku 60 lat i więcej, niesamodzielne, wykluczone i zagrożone ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ. (wg. definicji Wyt. w zakresie realizacji przeds. w obsz. włączenia społ. i zw. ubóstwa z wyk. śr.EFS i EFRR 2014-2020), jako najbardziej potrzebujące kompleksowego wsparcia. Os. te dysponują wolnym czasem, nie są aktywne zawodowo (emeryci,renciści), doświadczają także izolacji społecznej i poczucia samotności, co prowadzi do obniżenia jakości ich życia. Kluby Seniora będą miejscem spotkań osób starszych, w nieformalnej atmosferze, z jak największym spontanicznym zaangażowaniem samych seniorów Działania klubów będą integrować seniorów i wspierać aktywność os. starszych, ale przede wszystkim zapewniać im dobre towarzystwo, w pobliżu m-ca zamieszkania. Kluby pozwolą na kształtowanie wśród seniorów nawyków do czynnego, kreatywnego spędzania wolnego czasu, rozwoju umiejętności, nauki radzenia sobie w nowych sytuacjach oraz dostosowania się do realiów obecnego świata. Uczestn. mogą spędzać czas w klubie w pełnym wymiarze lub brać udział w wybranych zajęciach/aktywnościach. Gł. zadania: 1.Zagospodarowanie czasu wolnego i edukacja dla osób 60+ 2.Poradnictwo dla osób 60+ 3.Działania prozdrowotne dla osób 60+ 4.Zaj.kult.oraz zwiększające aktywność osób (Polish)

Results: Number of social services supported by the programme after completion of the project-60 Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion of social services of general interest in programme-60 Target Group [GD]:60 persons (36K and 24M), incumbent. G.Ulhówek, aged 60 and over, dependent, excluded and at risk of poverty or exclusion. (according to the definition of ESF and ERDF 2014-2020) as being the most in need of comprehensive support. Os. these have their spare time, they are not professionally active (retirement, pensioners), they also experience social isolation and a sense of loneliness, which leads to a reduction in the quality of their lives. Senior clubs will be a meeting place for the elderly, in an informal atmosphere, with the greatest possible spontaneous involvement of the seniors themselves.The activities of clubs will integrate seniors and support elderly people’s activity, but above all, they will provide them with good company, close to home. Clubs will allow to shape among seniors habits for active, creative leisure time, development of skills, learning to cope with new situations and adapt to the reality of the present world. Participants can spend time in the club full-time or take part in selected activities/activities. Head of tasks: 1.
