The aim of the project is to increase the availability of high-quality social services tailored to the individual needs of a group of 30 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion from Susiec communes to 31.12 2020. Celem projektu jest wzrost dostępności do wysokiej jakości usług społecznych dostosowanych do indywidualnych potrzeb grupy 30 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu gmin Susiec do 31.12 2020r.
