The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the company Albert Bielak Stone Plant by introducing innovative technology of the production process of stone panels, polished in the form of cutting and polishing using a line with a modified design of spray nozzles and control developed in accordance with the Applicant’s knowledge and experience. As part of the project, the applicant will purchase new fixed assets that will enable it to achieve the project objectives and to market new and improved products/services. The project effects expressed by the result indicators include: number of implemented results of R & D work 1 pieces, number of process innovations introduced 1 pieces, number of product innovations introduced 1 pieces, revenue from sales of new or improved products/processes 1 600 000,00 PLN, increase in employment in supported enterprises 1 EPC, Revenue from implemented R & D results 1 600 000.00 PLN, Number of non-technological innovations introduced 1 pieces. Głównym celem projektu jest wzrost konkurencyjności firmy Zakład Kamieniarski Albert Bielak poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnej technologii procesu produkcyjnego płyt kamiennych, polerowanych w postaci ich cięcia i polerowania za pomocą linii o zmodyfikowanej konstrukcji dysz zraszających oraz sterowaniu opracowanym zgodnie z wiedzą oraz doświadczeniem Wnioskodawcy. Związane jest to z realizacją w tym zakresie szczegółowych prac B+R przez Wnioskodawcę. W ramach projektu wnioskodawca zakupi nowe środki trwałe, które umożliwią mu osiągnięcie celów projektu oraz wprowadzenie na rynek nowych i udoskonalonych produktów/usług. Efekty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami rezultatu to:liczba wdrożonych wyników prac B+R 1 szt., liczba wprowadzonych innowacji procesowych 1 szt., liczba wprowadzonych innowacji produktowych 1 szt., przychody ze sprzedaż nowych lub udoskonalonych produktów/procesów 1 600 000,00 zł, wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych przedsiębiorstwach 1 EPC , Przychód z wdrożonych wyników prac B+R 1 600 000,00 zł, Liczba wprowadzonych innowacji nietechnologicznych 1 szt.
