The company operates on the market of accounting services (we serve more than 700 clients a month) Due to the large number of invoices (issued and received), which are generated at the level of each customer, we decided to improve the existing processes and automate the circulation of documents. To this end, development work will be commissioned for the software of a new application that meets the expectations of both our company and the companies cooperating with us in the supply chain. On the basis of the specification of assumptions, the applicant will commission the work of a profiled university. Due to the fact that so far we have not carried out our own development work, nor have we cooperated with scientific entities, this will be the first investment of this type in the company at the time of obtaining funding. The projected solution in the form of a dedicated application should ensure full control of key aspects of the activity (analysis of all costs, liabilities, financial liquidity in particular to ensure smooth circulation of documents. The system will provide formal requirements as defined by accounting rules and customary standards. With the right calculation algorithms, the system is designed to support the management of accounting processes allowing outsorcing of our services. The design software prototype will improve network planning and management processes. The innovative solution will be algorithms to recognise content regardless of all pollutants and imperfections of the document (in standard systems they make it difficult to obtain a satisfactory level of optical recognition of the content of a document as a “noise of content”). Firma działa na rynku usług księgowych (obsługujemy ponad 700 klientów miesięcznie) W związku z dużą ilością faktur (wystawianych oraz otrzymywanych), które na poziomie każdego klienta są generowane postanowiliśmy dokonać usprawnienia dotychczasowych procesów oraz zautomatyzować obieg dokumentów. W tym celu zostaną zlecone prace rozwojowe w zakresie oprogramowania nowej aplikacji spełniającej oczekiwania zarówno naszego przedsiębiorstwa, jak i firm współpracujących z nami w łańcuchu dostaw. Na podstawie specyfikacji założeń wnioskodawca zleci przeprowadzenie prac profilowanej uczelni wyższej. W związku z tym, że do tej pory nie prowadziliśmy samodzielnie prac rozwojowych, ani nie współpracowaliśmy z jednostkami naukowymi będzie to (w momencie uzyskania dofinansowania) pierwsza tego typu inwestycja w firmie. W założeniach projektowane rozwiązanie w postaci dedykowanej aplikacji powinien zapewnić pełną kontrolę kluczowych aspektów działalności (analizę wszystkich kosztów, zobowiązań, płynności finansowej w szczególności zapewnić płynny obieg dokumentów. System zapewni wymagania formalne określone przepisami o rachunkowości oraz normami zwyczajowymi. Dzięki odpowiednim algorytmom przeliczeniowym w inteligentny sposób system ma wspierać zarządzanie procesami księgowymi pozwalającymi na outsorcing naszych usług. Projektowany prototyp oprogramowania usprawni procesy planowania i zarządzania siecią. Innowacyjnością rozwiązania będą algorytmy pozwalające na rozpoznawanie treści niezależnie od wszystkich zanieczyszczeń i niedoskonałości dokumentu (w standardowych systemach utrudniają one uzyskiwanie zadawalającego poziomu optycznego rozpoznawania treści dokumentu jako „hałasu zawartości”). Wdrożone rozwiązania ułatwią ewidencjonowanie księgowości obsługiwanych przez nas podmiotów gospodarczych. (Polish)
