The project involves cooperation with a research unit, selected in a competitive procedure, in order to commission research services. The service is intended to be a comprehensive research work, the result of which is to design the composition/reception of innovative biodegradable granules with antibacterial characteristics for the production of foils and bags for use in the food industry. The aim of the project is to create a biogreative product with antibacterial characteristics for use in the production of bags. The project will also develop technology for the production of these products, indicating the entire technological base and defining manufacturing and logistical procedures. The results of the research work are intended to form the basis for the implementation of the solution in the applicant’s own structure – it has the right property on which a hall can be built, equipped with a complete technological line for the production of the above products, which will allow the industrialisation of the designed solutions and the implementation of all production and logistics processes. The project will be implemented in 2nd stage, in the space of 2016. Within these two phases, research tasks will be carried out. In the first phase of the project, the base composition of biodegradable granules will be developed for the production of biodegradable film with antibacterial characteristics. In the second phase, product evaluation and research documentation will be carried out, as well as the development of granular production technology. The project, in its final phase, will involve end-users of the product as part of consumer research. (English)

    Projekt zakłada współpracę z jednostką naukową, wybraną w procedurze zgodnej z zasadą konkurencyjności, w celu zlecenia usług badawczych. Usługa ma być kompleksową pracą naukowo-badawczą, której efektem ma być zaprojektowanie składu/receptury innowacyjnego granulatu biodegradowalnego o cechach antybakteryjnych do produkcji folii i torebek do wykorzystania w przemyśle spożywczym. Celem projektu jest stworzenie biogredowalnego produktu z cechami antybakteryjnymi do wykorzystania w procesie produkcji torebek. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zostanie także opracowana technologia wytwarzania tych produktów ze wskazaniem całego zaplecza technologicznego i określenia procedur wytwórczych i logistycznych. Wyniki prac badawczych mają stanowić podstawę do implementacji rozwiązania w strukturze własnej Wnioskodawcy - posiada on odpowiednią nieruchomość, na której może powstać hala, wyposażona w kompletną linię technologiczną do produkcji ww produktów co pozwoli na uprzemysłowienie zaprojektowanych rozwiązań i realizację wszystkich procesów produkcyjnych i logistycznych. Projekt będzie realizowany 2-etapowo, na przestrzeni 2016r. W ramach tych dwóch etapów zostaną zrealizowane zadania badawcze. W pierwszej fazie projektu zostanie opracowany bazowy skład granulatu biodegradowalnego do produkcji folii biodegradowalnej z cechami antybakteryjnymi. W drugiej fazie będzie przeprowadzona ocena produktu i opracowanie dokumentacji badawczej, a także opracowanie technologii wytwarzania granulatu. Projekt, w swojej końcowej fazie zaangażuje odbiorców końcowych produktu w ramach badań konsumenckich. (Polish)
