Firma STAMBET-BUD Mroczkowska Mroczkowski s.j. z siedzibą w Grodzisku Mazowieckim jest wytwórnią betonu towarowego od 1993 roku. W ciągu 20 lat działalności znaleźliśmy się w ścisłej czołówce betoniarni działających na terenie Mazowsza. Posiadamy certyfikat rzetelnej firmy. Nasz sukces zawdzięczamy przede wszystkim sprzedaży najwyższej jakości betonu, piasku, żwiru i innych naszych wyrobów. W związku z potrzebą ciągłego rozwoju zdecydowaliśmy się na rozbudowę naszego potencjału technicznego o nową linię do produkcji betonu. W celu jej automatyzacji konieczne jest opracowanie innowacyjnego systemu sterującego procesem z szczególnym uwzględnieniem betonu towarowego. Ze względu na specyfikę procedur wytwarzania oraz nasze oczekiwania wobec systemu (swoboda dozowania odpowiednich komponentów, dobór odpowiednich parametrów wilgotności, zgodność produkcji z laboratoryjną recepturą itp.) koniecznym jest stworzenie inteligentnych i funkcjonalnych rozwiązań opartych na sprecyzowanych pod kątem naszej firmy algorytmach przeliczeniowych. Do tej pory cały proces technologiczny odbywał się ręcznie, co z jednej w wielu przypadkach powodowało odchylenia od normy a także znacząco zwiększało koszty produkcji (źle przygotowana mieszanka musiała zostać zutylizowana a beton wytworzony ponownie). W celu wyeliminowania ww. wad konieczne jest (w oparciu o nasze wskazania oraz audyt na miejscu) przeprowadzenie prac badawczych nad aplikacją sterującą pełnym procesem technologicznym. Ze względu na szereg ww. funkcjonalności a także zastosowanie komputerowych mechanizmów kontrolujących (funkcje dozoru produkcyjnego oraz kontrolera jakości) konieczne jest powierzenie wykonania ww. zadania profilowanej uczelni wyższej. Złożoność procesów oraz ich pełna integracja wymaga prowadzenia badań nad kształtem architektury zintegrowanego systemu wraz z opracowaniem prototypu demonstracyjnego w postacie oprogramowania. Do tej pory firma nie prowadziła ani prac badawczych ani nie wdrażała ich wyników. (Polish)

STAMBET-BUD Mroczkowska Mroczkowski s.j. with its registered office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki has been a concrete factory since 1993. In the course of 20 years of activity, we have been at the forefront of the concrete plant operating in the Mazowsze area. We are certified by a reliable company. Our success is mainly due to the sale of the highest quality concrete, sand, gravel and other products of our products. Due to the need for continuous development, we decided to expand our technical potential with a new concrete production line. In order to automate it, it is necessary to develop an innovative process control system with a particular focus on freight concrete. Due to the specific manufacturing procedures and our expectations towards the system (freedom of dispensing appropriate components, selection of appropriate humidity parameters, compliance of production with laboratory recipes, etc.) it is necessary to create intelligent and functional solutions based on our company’s specific conversion algorithms. Until now, the entire technological process was done by hand, which in many cases caused deviations from the norm and significantly increased production costs (the poorly prepared mixture had to be recycled and concrete made again). In order to eliminate these defects, it is necessary (based on our indications and on-the-spot audit) to carry out research work on a complete technological process control application. Due to the number of functionalities mentioned above, as well as the use of computer control mechanisms (production supervision functions and quality controllers), it is necessary to entrust the performance of the above-mentioned tasks of a profiled university. The complexity of processes and their full integration requires research into the design of the integrated system architecture with the development of a demonstration prototype in the form of software. So far, the company has neither conducted research nor implemented their results. (English)
