The project provides for the creation of technologies for the production of modern, three-dimensional wall panels. For many years, Termi Die Wand has been involved in finishing works in various types of construction – civil, commercial and industrial construction. It is known on the market mainly because of the high quality of its performance. Raising the standards of the whole facility is one of the company’s main assumptions. Current trends paid particular attention to the use of ready-made solutions to reduce the time of execution of some works without giving up on quality or durability of the work. The use of plaster panels applied to walls is currently used for decorative and design purposes, but it is possible to combine nice and useful to increase the value of the panel itself. Termi has been looking for panels for a long time, which, apart from being nice, will increase thermal and acoustic protection of the coated surfaces. Unfortunately, the products available on the market do not have such properties. The results of the search inspired small trials, which indicated that by modifying the plaster base mix for the production of the panel, such characteristics were feasible. Attempts were made to enrich the mixture – at a very amateur level. These experiments were very promising, but without the use of professional machines (e.g. vibrating table, climatic chamber) it was impossible to check the final effects. The development of a constant-optimal recipe, drying and impregnation requires careful research, technical background and consultation of specialists that Termi die Wand could not afford. Accession to the RPO competition will open up such opportunities An undertaking without EU funding would be impossible to implement. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt przewiduje stworzenie technologii do produkcji nowoczesnych, trójwymiarowych paneli ściennych. (Polish)
