This R & D work is the first stage of a larger project aimed at providing on-line services, such as enterprise ERPs (especially SME classes – target group), which cannot afford to purchase and adapt to the internal structure of individual ERP applications. By paying a monthly subscription for using the solution on our servers, they will bear much lower costs, having access to support in remote planning of the company’s resources. The aim of the project is to obtain an algorithm for extracting data from IBM Lotus Notes databases and associated e_documents stored outside IBM Lotus Notes databases, in such a way that they can be imported into ERP software. The project consists of carrying out industrial research in the construction of an effective algorithm for extraction of historical sales data and documents associated with these activities, from the IBM Lotus Notes database and databases integrating documents, their transformation to a fixed database model for the analytical system, enabling the analysis of trends using statistical methods and data mining. The problem is: in the IBM Lotus Notes system, data on supported sales processes and customer care are separated in individual databases in relation to e_documents with these associated data (correspondence, contracts, drawings, attachments, etc.). R & D work is intended to lead to such extraction of these elements from databases so that it is possible to conduct business analytics on their monolith in the scope of the ERP programme. Stages of the project: — development of the algorithm of data export and associated e_documents, – extraction, transformation and validation of data, – import of data into the analytical program, – analysis of the results of processing (trades, conclusions) and verification with historical truth. Implementation of the project – contract for performing R & D works with JBR with the scientific class B, while verifying the progress of the work from the Applicant level. (English)

Etapy projektu: - opracowanie algorytmu eksportu danych i skojarzonych z nimi e_dokumentów, - ekstrakcja, transformacja i walidacja danych, - import danych do programu analitycznego, - analiza wyników przetwarzania (trendy, wnioski) i weryfikacja z prawdą historyczną. (Polish)
