The main objective and aim of the project is to develop the concept of a significantly improved product, which is the algorithm for calculating the actual production costs of a given batch of goods, in the area of multi-stage production, and to create a programming library implementing this algorithm. Such a solution will be feasible in manufacturing companies to calculate the margin on batches and significantly increase the planning capacity for the use of materials in production. The product will be purchased from a scientific unit. The scope of the project will include the development by the scientific unit of the following issues: defining requirements for the planned product, interviewing users of currently available products on the market, developing a system algorithm to control production costs and a software library implementing this algorithm. Through the implementation of the project, the following objectives will be achieved: the possibility of calculating the so-called technical cost of producing a product, developing an algorithm that calculates the actual production costs, streamlines the decision-making process leading to cost optimisation in the production process. The target group of this project is medium-sized and large manufacturing enterprises. The project is in line with the objectives of the Action, as a result of the project, it will be possible to develop a competitive economy of the region based on innovation and entrepreneurship. In addition, as a result of cooperation with the scientific unit from which the purchase of the product (subject of the proposal) will be achieved, the objective of increased R & D activity of enterprises will be achieved. Głównym założeniem oraz celem projektu jest opracowanie koncepcji znacznie ulepszonego wyrobu, jakim jest algorytm obliczania rzeczywistych kosztów produkcji danej partii towaru, w obszarze produkcji wieloetapowej oraz stworzenie biblioteki programistycznej implementującej ten algorytm. Takiego typu rozwiązanie będzie możliwe do wykorzystania w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych przy obliczaniu marży na partii towaru oraz znacznego zwiększenia możliwości planowania dotyczącego wykorzystania materiałów w produkcji. Wyrób zostanie zakupiony od jednostki naukowej. Zakres projektu obejmował będzie opracowanie przez jednostkę naukową następujących zagadnień: określenie wymogów dla planowanego produktu, wywiad z użytkownikami aktualnie dostępnych produktów na rynku, opracowanie projektu algorytmu systemu do kontroli kosztów produkcji oraz biblioteki programistycznej implementującej ten algorytm. Poprzez realizacje projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące cele: możliwość obliczenia tzw. technicznego kosztu wytworzenia produktu, opracowanie algorytmu, który dokonuje kalkulacji rzeczywistych kosztów produkcji, usprawnienie procesu decyzyjnego prowadzącego do optymalizacji kosztów w procesie produkcyjnym. Grupą docelową niniejszego projektu są średnie oraz duże przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjne. Projekt jest zgodny z celami Działania, gdyż w wyniku realizacji projektu możliwy będzie rozwój konkurencyjnej gospodarki regionu opartej na innowacyjności i przedsiębiorczości. Ponadto w wyniku współpracy z jednostka naukową, od której zostanie dokonany zakup wyrobu (przedmiotu wniosku) zostanie zrealizowany cel jakim jest zwiększona aktywność badawczo- rozwojowa przedsiębiorstw.
