The main objectives of the project are to increase the availability of RES infrastructure and consequently diversify energy sources, improve the energy efficiency of buildings and reduce the cost of energy generation. The main objectives of the project are linked to the objectives of Action 4.1, i.e. the implementation of tasks contributing to the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the so-called energy and climate package of the European Union and the Europe 2020 Strategy. The project is aimed at creating a competitive market for renewable energy, which is to become one of the elements of the city’s sustainable development. The objectives will improve the environment, improve the living conditions of residents, increase the satisfaction of users with the services received, increase the investment attractiveness of the commune and develop tourism. The key results of the project will be: increase the availability of RES infrastructure and consequently diversify energy sources by building a total of 349 RES micro-installations, improving the energy efficiency of buildings and reducing the cost of energy generation. The target group is the owners of 343 residential buildings and 6 publ buildings covered by the project. Other stakeholders are the municipal authorities, residents not participating in the project, entrepreneurs, tourists and environmental entities. Głównymi celami projektu są zwiększenie dostępności infrastruktury OZE a w konsekwencji dywersyfikacja źródeł energii, poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków i redukcja kosztów pozyskiwania energii. Kluczowymi rezultatami projektu będą: zwiększenie dostępności infrastruktury OZE, a w konsekwencji dywersyfikacja źródeł energii poprzez wybudowanie łącznie 349 mikroinstalacji OZE, poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków i redukcja kosztów pozyskiwania energii. Grupą docelową są właściciele 343 budynków mieszkalnych i 6 budynków użyt. publ. objętych projektem. Pozostałych interesariuszy stanowią władze Gminy, mieszkańcy nieuczestniczący w projekcie, przedsiębiorcy, turyści, podmioty działające w zakresie ochrony środowiska.
