The main task of the project is to replace the existing production of fossil energy from renewable sources. There will be 491 solar collector installations (239 two-panel with a capacity of 3.1 KW, 210 three-panel with 4.7 KW, 42 four panels with a capacity of 6.2 KW) and three open photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 2.32 KW. The total installed power of the devices will be 1,98 MW. The estimated reduction in CO2 emissions to the atmosphere will be 274.32 tonnes per year. All installations will be located on rooftops and facade of private dwellings. Their height shall not exceed 3 m from the surface of the roof. A project website will be created with the following elements: project description, installation manuals, RES technology information, electronic communication forms. It also implements an intelligent energy management system based on ICT technologies that deal with measurement, operation and monitoring of installed devices (on-line connection). The project will be useful for project stakeholders. The municipality will own new RES infrastructure, which will improve the quality of municipal services and increase their availability. The participants of the project will use installations located in residential facilities, which will reduce maintenance costs, as well as save time by minimising the operation of the installation. The environmental impact will be important for all stakeholders in the project, which will contribute to reducing harmful substances in the air. By reducing “low” emissions from domestic fireplaces, including in particular PM10 particulate matter, whose overnormative 24-hour concentrations were found in the Lublin zone, the project contributes to the realisation of the objectives of the “Air Protection Programme for the Lublin Zone” (it was classified as zone C and thus required to develop the Programme). Zrealizowanych zostanie 491 instalacji kolektorów słonecznych (239 dwupanelowych o mocy 3,1 KW, 210 trzypanelowych o mocy 4,7 KW, 42 czteropanelowe o mocy 6,2 KW) oraz trzy otwarte instalacje fotowoltaiczne o mocy 2,32 KW. Utworzona zostanie strona internetowa projektu, która będzie zawierać następujące elementy: opis projektu, instrukcje obsługi instalacji, informacje o technologiach OZE, formularze do komunikacji elektronicznej.
