The main objective of the project is to protect the environment by increasing the use of energy from renewable sources (RES). The result of the project is the estimated annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34) – 369.23 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year. The main target groups are residents and tourists from the area of the municipality (for details see the study. The project provides for the execution of 133 inst. collectors, 8 boilers per b and 88 pumps c with the total power of 1.127895 MW, using en. oze for the underheat. The project also provides for supporting tasks (development of feasibility studies, development of project documentation and investor cost statement, investor supervision, execution of an online energy management platform based on ICT technology and implementation of the project). The analysis of the selected project option confirms the accuracy of the choice: — Option contributing to the objectives of the project – option representing the lowest cost per unit of measurement – the fastest feasible option due to the least complex nature and limitation of procedural matters to minim – the simple nature of the option not requiring the involvement or hiring of new people – implementation of the option does not result in the need for additional permits – the option most acceptable by the local community and municipal authorities – the implementation of the option in the OSI area: 4. Areas of economic exploitation of natural and cultural assets – a project that fits into the objectives of all strategy papers (at supraregional, regional and local level). The Air Protection Programme for the Lublin zone identified supranormative levels of harmful particulate matter in the air (PM10). Particulate matter may include toxic substances such as benzo(a)pyrene. Therefore, the planned investment to reduce emissions of harmful substances by Wednesday is in line with the POP (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest ochrona środowiska naturalnego poprzez zwiększenie wykorzystania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych (OZE). Rezultatem projektu jest "Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34)" - 369,23tony ekwiwalentu CO2 / rok. Głównymi grupami docelowymi są mieszkańcy i turyści z terenu gminy (szczegół opis znajduje się w studium wyk). Proj przewiduje wykonanie 133 inst. kolekt., 8 kotłów na b i 88 pomp c o sum. mocy 1,127895MW wykorzyst. en. oze do podgrz. cwu służ. do podgrz. c.o. i c.w.u. Dodatkowo w projekcie zaplanowano zadania towarzyszące (opracowanie studium wykonalności, opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej i kosztorysu inwestorskiego, nadzór inwestorski, wykonanie platformy internetowej zarządzającej energią w oparciu o technologię TIK oraz przeprowadzenie promocji, a także zarządzanie projektem). Analiza wybranego wariantu projektu potwierdza trafność wyboru: - wariant przyczyniający się do realizacji celów projektu - wariant przedstawiający najniższe nakłady na jednostkę miary rezultatu - wariant najszybciej wykonalny z uwagi na najmniej skomplikowany charakter i ograniczenie spraw proceduralnych do minim - nieskomplikowany charakter wariantu nie wymagania angażowania lub zatrudniania nowych osób - realiz wariantu nie powoduje konieczności uzyskania dodatkowych pozwoleń - wariant najbardziej akceptowalny przez społeczność lokalną i władze gminy - realizacja wariantu na obszarze OSI: 4. Obszary gospodarczego wykorzystania walorów przyrodniczych i kulturowych - projekt wpisujący się w cele wszystkich dokumentów strategicznych ( na poziomie ponadregionalnym, regionalnym i lokalnym). W Programie Ochrony Powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej stwierdzone zostały ponadnormatywne poziomy szkodliwego pyłu zawieszonego w powietrzu (PM10). W skład pyłu zawieszonego mogą wchodzić substancje toksyczne m.in. benzo(a)piren. W związku z powyższym planowana inwestycja polegająca na zmniejszeniu emisji szkodliwych substancji do środ zgodna jest z POP (Polish)
