Objectives of the project: increasing the production capacity of single-family renewable energy farms in Puławy; limiting the excessive emissions of pollutants into air from combustion of conventional energy sources in Puławy districts of single-family houses; an increase in electricity production from new RES installations in Puławy detached households; increase of the production of heat from new RES installations in Puławy detached farms. The target group is the residents of Puławy, who live in a single-family building. The project involves the purchase and assembly of the following equipment: 11 solar collectors, 69 photovoltaic panels and 3 biomass boilers, a website dedicated to RES, design documentation, feasibility study, project promotion, investor supervision will be carried out. As a result of the project, results indicators will be achieved: Additional renewable energy generation capacity (CI30); The production of heat from newly built/new RES-based installations; Electricity generation from newly built/new RES installations; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (CI34). The project involves the installation of equipment to reduce emissions of harmful substances into the air and the reduction of CO2 emissions due to the above is in line with the direction of activities of the National Air Protection Programme for the Year 2020 with the prospect of up to 2030 – Development and dissemination of technologies conducive to improving air quality and with the Program for Air Protection for the Lublin Zone. Cele projektu: zwiększenie zdolności wytwarzania w puławskich gospodarstwach jednorodzinnych energii odnawialnej; ograniczenie w osiedlach domów jednorodzinnych w Puławach nadmiernej emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza, pochodzących ze spalania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii; wzrost produkcji energii elektrycznej z nowych instalacji OZE w puławskich gospodarstwach jednorodzinnych; wzrost produkcji energii cieplnej z nowych instalacji OZE w puławskich gospodarstwach jednorodzinnych . Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy miasta Puławy mieszkający w zabudowie jednorodzinnej. Projekt obejmuje zakup i montaż następujących urządzeń: 11 szt. kolektorów słonecznych, 69 szt. paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz 3 szt. kotłów na biomasę, stworzona zostanie strona internetowa poświęcona OZE, powstanie dokumentacja projektowa, studium wykonalności, przeprowadzona będzie promocja projektu, sprawowany będzie nadzór inwestorski. W wyniku realizacji projektu osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki rezultatu: Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii odnawialnej (CI30); Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE; Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34). Projekt zakłada instalację urządzeń zmniejszających emisję szkodliwych substancji do powietrza oraz redukcję emisji CO2 w związku z powyższym jest zgodny z kierunkiem działań Krajowego Programu Ochrony Powietrza Do Roku 2020 z perspektywą do 2030 - Rozwój i rozpowszechnienie technologii sprzyjających poprawie jakości powietrza oraz z Programem Ochrony Powietrza dla strefy lubelskiej.
