Solar installations will be installed on 419 private buildings in Lubartów Municipality (total power of 1590.40 kW). The project will also include 19 biomass kilns (total capacity of 2328 kW). Implementation of specific objectives will indirectly increase the tourist attractiveness of the region, improve the living conditions of its inhabitants and directly improve the state of the environment.The target group will be residents of Lubartów commune (private users), who expressed their willingness to join the project expressed in the form of a survey. Project indicators – additional renewable energy generation capacity – 1,82 MW. Production of thermal energy 1326,15 MWth/year. Number of units of heat generation – 438 pcs. Decrease in CO emissions 2-753.76 Mg/year.Air quality in the municipality is good; there is no obligation to develop an air protection programme. No corrective or short-term measures for the Lubartów municipality were identified in the Lubartów POP, which means that the levels of substances subject to air quality assessment were not exceeded. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i instalacja solarnych systemów grzewczych centralnej wody użytkowej. Instalacje solarne zostaną zamontowane na 419 obiektach prywatnych w Gminie Lubartów (łączna moc 1 590,40 kW). W ramach projektu zostanie zamontowanych również 19 pieców na biomasę (łączna moc 2328 kW). Dotychczasowe konwencjonalne źródła energii na potrzeby C.W.U. zostaną zastąpione darmową energią słoneczną oraz biomasą. Realizacja celów szczegółowych wpłynie pośrednio na wzrost atrakcyjności turystycznej regionu, poprawę warunków życia jego mieszkańców oraz bezpośrednio na poprawę stanu środowiska naturalnego.Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Lubartów (użytkownicy prywatni), którzy wyrazili chęć przystąpienia do projektu wyrażoną w formie ankiety. Wskaźniki projektu- dodatkowa moc wytwarzania energii odnawialnej - 1,82 MW. Produkcja energii cieplnej 1326,15 MWth/rok. Liczba jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej - 438 szt. Spadek emisji CO 2 - 753,76 Mg/rok.Jakość powietrza w gminie jest dobra; nie ma obowiązku opracowania programu ochrony powietrza. W POP dla strefy lubelskiej nie wskazano działań naprawczych ani krótkoterminowych dla gminy Lubartów , co oznacza że na jej terenie nie odnotowano przekroczenia poziomów substancji podlegających ocenie jakości powietrza.
