Celem projektu jest poprawa jakości życia poprzez zapewnienie właściwych warunków sanitarnych dla mieszkańców, przedsiębiorców i turystów poprzez zwiększenie dostępu do infrastruktury oczyszczania ścieków. Rezultatem projektu jest liczba dodatkowych osób korzystających z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków (CI19) - 68 osób. Grupami docelowymi są: Mieszkańcy gminy Ostrów Lubelski podzielni na dwie grupy: - już korzystający z kanalizacji (część miejscowości Ostrów Lubelski, Bójki, Jamy) - po zrealizowaniu projektu korzystający z rozwiązań zapewniających bezproblemowy odbiór ścieków (osiedle Gościniec w Ostrowie Lubelskim). Obie grupy będą korzystały z ekologicznego punktu lub punktów ich przetwarzania. Turyści wypoczywający nad Jeziorem Miejskim w Ostrowie Lubelskim (interesariusze zew.) Przedsiębiorcy z miejscowości Ostrów Lubelski , Bójki, Jamy (interesariusze wew.) Zadanie przewiduje przebudowę istniejącej oczyszczalni ścieków i budowę kanalizacji sanitarnej (szczegółowy opis w studium wykonalności i wyciągu z dokumentacji technicznej). (Polish)
