PROJ. jest skierowany do 72 Uczestników Projektu (40K; 32M), osób wykluczonych (w tym dotknietych ubóstwem) lub osoby zagrożone ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu woj. lubelskiego (wg KC) zamieszkałych na terenie miasta Chełm i Zamość (wybrane tereny objęte programem rewitalizacji), w tym: os. pozostające bez zatrudnienia, os. bezrobotne (wyłącznie III profil pomocy), os. o niskich kwalifikacjach, os. z niepełnosprawnościami, dzieci i młodzież zagrożona wykluczona lub zagrożona wykluczeniem, os. bezdomne; oraz otoczenie os. wykluczonych społecznie. Główne rezultaty projektu: 1. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu (24/14K/10M). 2. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu (33/19K/14M). 3. Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) (18/10K/8M). Główne zadania w projekcie: 1. Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb uczestników. 2. Aktywizacja społeczna. 3. Aktywizacja edukacyjna. 4. Aktywizacja zawodowa.
